I haven't seen season 3 yet. Tell me anons, is it shit like season 2?

I have no idea when I'm going to get around to watching this season, so someone tell me, does our boy make it out ok?

Eh, I dunno man, maybe it needs a few days to settle, but honestly season 2 ramped up the drama and stakes nicely. This just seems played out, it feels like they didn't know what the fuck to do with a bunch of characters this time around (at least they still had clear purposes in S2 outside of Max) the pacing is odd, the HEY ITS THE 80S REMEMEBR ITS THE 80S HEY HELLO ITS THE EIGHTIES HELLLLLLLO 80'S STUFF NOW is overbearing in this season for some reason. Maybe it's all the music.

I mean yeah, season 2 has the episode that shall not be named but aside from that it feels a lot more cohesive. This just feels like "oh shit how do we keep this story that could have ended 2 season ago going...uhhh shit shit shit" scrambling.

Meta humour is disguting. It's as if the showrunners decided they'd make reddit memes character traits.

It wasn't a central part of s2. It was good to use it as continuity to segue into the meat of the season. It also worked as part of the cover story to shut down the plant. This season is far worse because they killed of characterisation for le funny meme. The showrunners don't love what they're making anymore and the show is now dead.
