They are basically the same, but if you're actually looking and paying attention to the details you see stuff like how Bateman's numbers are a bunch of different sizes and alignments and it's written Pierce &Pierce, no space. It's just a bit of realism I suppose, it's not that there's literally no difference between them, the differences are just so small that only a bunch of self-obsessed lunatics would give a shit.
