Wash everything they peed on, you might want to get a pet-friendly pee repellent for the spots she peed on. Cats tend to keep peeing on a spot once the scent is there.
I had to machine wash my entire couch and get a third litter box. The third one is an open one wich they prefer over a closed one (could be your problem?). They only still pee in the litterboxes or outside now.

grew up with cats and got a cat with 23, then everything went to shit and i had to ditch my cat at my father's under tears, then i got another cat two years later when my brother fell too much in love with my previous cat but i felt ready to settle down and get another one, got a old ass cat from the shelter, everything went to shit again, and I had to ditch the cat at my mother's when I lost my home and became a drifter. then he died, march 11th this year. i fucking loved that old bastard like i never loved anything before, he was the fucking best. and he had it very, very good at my mother's, she bought tons of expensive food and shit, and he even went outside for walks. and he was fucking old, so what gives. still shedding a tear every week for him though. i'm not getting another cat as long as i have to fear to have to ditch them again, but i fucking miss them. a home without a cat is just a house.
