Daisy Ridley Believes THE LAST JEDI Fan Backlash Is "Fair"

>"I wasn't surprised, no. It’s just a different thing. Everyone’s going to have an opinion now anyway on the internet, but I also think it’s fair. If people hold something incredibly dear and think they know how it should be and it's not like that, it’s fair for people to think they were done wrong. It doesn’t mean they were – ultimately, Rian’s a filmmaker and one person can’t dictate how a film is supposed to be – but freedom of expression, sure."

I wonder how many of the cast secretly hate the movie.

I've still yet to see it. Is it worth it for the car crash value?

Yes.

If even has some, dare I say it, good moments.

How did we come to the point where this opinion isn't the norm?

Leftists.

>he thinks they haven't told her to say this to win back old fans because ix is coming out

Is this how people from the future share memories?

Who cares

Now it is too late to have this kind of reaction instead of calling the fans nazis for not liking their movie. Fuck her too.

Well, it worked.

Considering how much TLJ torpedoed Rey's arc, i'm not surprised if Daisy really dislikes it behind the scenes.

Was it fair how those gamergaters made Kelly Marie Tran quit Twitter? Was that fucking fair Daisy?

she looked miserable in it

>it’s fair for people to think they were done wrong. It doesn’t mean they were.

Imagine interpreting this as if it were agreeing with TLJ hate. It's pretty obviously the opposite.

Blasphemy

>Taking 'twitter abuse' seriously.
Over 18s ony.

You fucking fanboys, i hate all of you.
You are so blind to missunderstand that TLJ was really good and Ryan jonson tried his best to save this declining series, he created a movie who developed the entire story, exploring how the universe politic actually works and why the jedis and siths alwais failed in their plans( and finally a story where the protagonists's idiotic plans actually fails). He created a perfect criticism of our society, developed the story focusing on the only interesting character of the new triology (ben solo's character, while in TFA is shit, in TLJ is fantastic and well explored.....he also reduced rey's marysuims making her really weak in sword combact) and perfectly excuted the fall and the rise of a hero (Luke), who failed as master and created the new enemy just because, like all the other jedi, wasn't able to accept the existace of the dark side in the balace of the Force. Luke's death is actually amazing and perfect, but you fanboys hated it and started to shitt on Jonson, the man you should actually prise to have tried to save your death francise (who got literally killed by Lucas himself), but your fanboism and your blindness ruined everything .

I really hope this movie, just like The empire strike again, will be recognized as "really good" in the future.

Why do none of these headlines match the catagory they are in

I don't think it's either, really. I think it's more along the lines "people weren't done wrong on purpose" and there certainly are people who are care way too much about a corporate product being not what they wanted it to be. It would be somewhat understandable if it were a piece of software/device that they interact with daily, but it's a shitty film in a series that was revived only for the purpose of milking money out of it.

She's obviously fucking saying "it's okay to have an opinion"

I thought it was ok

Yes user that casino sub plot was a real masterpiece and that hyperspeed crash was pretty but broke everything in the star wars universe. But hey rey can now lift rock without training and rose make finn useless .

And the franchise died at the prequel when they choose not to do kotor or explore other part of the history.

Yes and then she expands on it saying that she doesn't think that people were wronged, which is what the user in is referring to with
>Imagine interpreting this as if it were agreeing with TLJ hate. It's pretty obviously the opposite.

Imagine reading all that.
