I unironically think it should be an older woman, like Uma Thurman, who Bruce randomly encounters before he becomes Batman. She's not full on cat costume, maybe just the ears. She gets killed by corrupt cops. He gets inspired by her but only by his flashbacks to parents murder does it crystalize into Batman. I think she could be taller than Bruce, and much more adult and weirdly flirtatious when he's a teenager. I'm tired of everyone being the same height and age etc.
