Strange Days is a tonally confused mess.... but a really well executed one. And with exactly the vibe you’re looking for.

not him, but the general concept of ai fucking shit up for humanity with no regard for its future has been staple topic in sci-fi. EXM distinction is the scope of the ''wreckage'' (one Frankenstein and his casual assistant) it's focused on.

not even ai, but any form of sentience that is alien for human's mind. The broader scope of subject would also include attempt to find definition for sentience and in which forms it can exist in universe (or already exists, but yet to be, if ever, acknowledged) and how do we get in contact w/ completely different kind of sentience.

Not a movie, but Black Mirror before it turned woke was basically built to capture this feel. Now it's obviously more about political empowerment, just with a technology backdrop because the writers ran out of clever ideas beyond "what if electric toothrbrush decides to kill you" or "what if simulation?"
