I dumped Leftovers after 1st episode because it felt like Lost, i.e. plenty of mysteries and twists without ever resolving anything. That style of show really isn't my thing though I know some people here like it

Totally understandable but it basically does right that everything Lost did wrong.
I personally wouldn't say season 2 is necessarily MUCH better than 1, but it is much more entertaining and a trip.
Men at work. It's a shitty sitcom from the late 2000 no one remembers, but it has good moments. It's bottom of the barrel in terms of suggestions, though.
