My money's on the Jaeger because they have their own power supply but Eva's can regrow their limbs and go berserk so it's a tough call

like if the eva just stood there for five minutes and the jaegar just pounded on it with all its might the eva would still be operational
the monsters the evas fight and the physical and energetic stressors they are exposed to are at least an order of magnitude more dangerous than the jaegar kyojin. another way of looking at it is that the jaegar are at least kind of grounded in realistic design but the eva are straight up impossible, all their limbs would tear off from using their own weapons
