The fact that the mother is never described, the ice and fire mention when neither Targs nor Martells have anything to do with ice and that Rhaegar looks directly at the camera when mentioning the "dragon has three heads" thing makes me think that it's a vision of baby Jon with Rhaegar and Lyanna and then Rhaegar tells Dany to find a third "head" besides her and Jon.

When Tyrion meets young Griff their plan is to wait for Dany to show up from Meereen and marry her to him. Tyrion throws a huge wrench into this by convincing Young Griff to attack Westeros first without waiting for her.
I think the Aegon x Dany ship has already sunk with that, especially since Dorne is likely jumping the Dany train for Aegon as well. It seems more likely that the only ally Dany will have when she shows up in Westeros will be Jon Snow
