Yes and no.
Yes if you say that getting trips also gets you dubs (as XXX also means you got XX). Then assuming post numbers are independent events, they'll both have probability 0.01.
But if you say getting trips doesn't mean you have dubs (as I believe OP implies) then getting trips will have probability 0.01 but getting dubs will have probability 0.09 (i.e you could have 00 11 22... 99 but you'd discount the one that would lead to trips) so two dubs would have probability 0.09 * 0.09 = 0.0081.
