Such a feat is physically and technologically impossible. You can't "undress" someone in a photo. The visual information necessary for that isn't contained in the original photo. Visual information can't come from nothing.

At best, what it can theoretically do (yet to see proof) is take a given photo and use an algorithm to ROUGHLY GUESS a matching nude-photo for it from a selection of available stock-images, and roughly Photoshop them together, complete with the prerequisite noticeable visual anomalies, seams, color-errors and perspective-errors that inevitably come with the territory of an AI being assigned to alter images without further input.

The woman that wrote this article is an idiot that doesn't understand technology. And for that matter so are most women.
