Did anyone see PTA's new short film for Thom Yorke's ANIMA? It's on Netflix. I don't have Netflix so I haven't seen it yet.

why
Why you posting selfies here rabbi?
...?
Why not?
From a dance standpoint, nothing here was really impressive. The setting was beautiful and resembled the post-apocalyptic tone in which each song should be set — until they get to the middle of a very busy England which didn't signify post-apocalypse in any meaningful way, the lighting was just better than actual England. The story told is nice — in terms of a newly found love, the meeting between him and his partner is heart-touching. It's more of a gorgeous and extremely well-done music video than it is a "short" in terms of cinema/theater. Highly recommend a watch though (pirate it).

ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy extremely based
Both the album and the short are really good. The cinematography and choreography are fantastic.
If you're interested in dance performed with a great deal of cinematography to highlight how stunning it can be, you should really consider watching "Amelia (2002)" by Édouard Lock, performed by La La La Human Steps. The pointe ballet at the beginning is astounding.
wtf, how many dancers are on Yea Forums?
>The cinematography
I rhought it was severely lacking. They shot in low light and I don't know with what camera, but all the images were severely noisy
Probably just me, and I'm only interested not an actual dancer. I watch a ton of it.
Both me.
that's kinda gay but I appreciate someone with original interests
...
I guess? Dance can be hyper masculine in the right hands. I forget the name, but if this thread is still up I can give you a link to a dance performed by the Chinese theater that displays a lot of sheer strength and acrobatics while telling the story of a crumbled practice.
please share, it's not like there's a dancing board so this place is as good as any
