This is the first clip I've ever seen of that movie which has been on my backlog for years. Is the whole movie filmed like that?
>watch wong kar-wai film
>can't tell any of the characters apart
no one can because you're right. Its a literal masterpiece, while other films can provide different experiences ive yet to see someone with Kubric's genius and the budget/studio freedome to back it up. There is always some aspect of the film lacking in other areas unlike 2001.
Tron Legacy is the most aesthetically pleasing thing I think ive ever watched. Its elevated because of the biblical imagery and music of course, but even without the music or dialogue the visuals tell the story 100%
The fact that it takes place in a computer helps, love the story, very underrated. I think it succeeds in visualizing modern computer programs
