No movie or TV-show have ever made something remotely this realistic, especially not through CGI. You want state of the art CGI shit, check out Thanos or the white walkers.

This shit is far beyond modern CGI, and it would cost millions to produce. Besides that, only R-rated (or NC-17 more likely) could ever be allowed to show something like this, and no movie with that rating could ever justify such a brilliant special effect.

This person is real, likely middle eastern, and is put under some extreme form of ISIS torture, keeping him alive through medicines to stave off infection, but subjecting him to all kinds of horrible shit simultaneously.
