I can't visual things in my mind, for the longest time I didn't know other people could. It's really hard to put into words but if you told me to imagine being at the beach, I can get a sense of the warm sun, the wind, the smell, but I see nothing.

I do get 6 but it varies a lot. The visuals are not stable. I tried hypnosis from youtube a few times but it never did anything. It's hard to listen to this shit for 30+ mins without drifting off into random day dreaming or just falling asleep. The rare times I actually made it through nothing happened.
