Lack of music license in the netflix version makes two scenes and the ending credits objectively inferior. Thje other changes are mostly relevant on a personal preference level(mostly literal but accurate for netflix vs more natural but less accurate translation for the dub).
I'd still go with Sephirotic's batch on nyaa but the netflix one is good. If you go with netflix you can just watch ep 15 and 21 with any other release for the missing BGM or something if you want to be autistic about it.

The criticisms are mostly about the dub being overly literal to the Japanese, which is irrelevant with the subtitles
Plus the sub doesn't have this error where Ritsuko forgets the one

I mean the sub still has that. Like I'm the lowest of the low and some other instances. But it's definitely less awkward reading it rather than hearing it especially since we're not talking A-list VAs here.
