because tosh is an actual comedian with a team of also comedians to suggest jokes. that rob guy likes a video and has his team of girls write jokes.
tosh breaks down a video and moves on. rob is the friend who swears "it gets better in a minute", takes twice as long to watch because he keeps going back to rewatch a part, and just makes it more about him by standing in front of it on stage, pointing things out. It's insane
