Then when the Navy managed to finally scrape together the funds to upgrade them, Cheney killed it off because he hated Gruman so bad, even though the F-14 still had tons of growth potential. Now literally 25 years later and they're still stuck with shitty no range no radar upscaled bugs.

The F-14 was too expensive, too complex and was disappointing in real action. Sure it won against 30 year old Soviet planes flown by 3rd world Libyan pilots, but what wouldn't. It was like the F-111, a warning sign, a precursor to the F-22/F-35 where a plane get so expensive that nobody wants to get rid of it because of economic impacts of killing it.

Nobody is answered my question. In the movie it is mentioned that women can't fly in combat missions, but they are obviously qualified on the F-15. Why train them on the jet if they can't use it?
Also, why are the Kree and Skrull looking for a light speed drive if FTL clearly already exists, and traveling lightspeed would be painfully slow for intergalactic travel.
Why did they upload captain marvel to the supreme consciousness when they captured her? Why not just put a bullet in her head?
