didn't they just try to reboot this?

There needs to be a law that a director cannot hire his wife to play every single action heroine alive. When Jovovich was given billing over Sienna Guillory (perfect casting as Jill in terms of looks) that should have been the nail in the coffin.
This movie just...it does not make sense from a MH lore perspective as the beings in that world clearly have a different body structure that allows them to wield gigantic weapons.
The only way I'll accept this is if it's revealed Myers has been dead the whole time and the daughter is the killer. But they already did that with "My Bloody Valentine 3D" so wahtever.

Is this gonna be Crash all over again?

This better be not just good, but successful if the rumor of the first movie not covering the entirety of the first book is true.
Unless you tell me that Amy Henning is at least helping the writing and optionally Nathan Fillion is doing Drake I don't have a lot of faith in it.

Not gonna hold my breath for a Eddie Murphy movie anymore, will see.
His brother is dead, wish I knew what he has been doing.

kek. Wonder if bugmen will ever get sick of white guilt porn

Based

isn't it supposed to be a TV movie?

Its Romeo and Juliet...whats the problem?

Well is just that, don't we have enough remakes and reboots as it is? This year, next year and on and on?

Is Daisy Ridley gonna be in it?
It made $352 million on a $50 million budget.

SEALAB MOVIE WHEN???

Is that it OP? Holy shit th eyear is completely barren.

No

that's fine welcome to adulthood

Its a classic tale, its not like the Robocop reboot. Hell Id watch a Speilberg Mutiny on the Bounty. Come on bro.

Well is just that, I feel that best case scenario it will be like (for me) watching Aladdin, where I said to myself "I am impressed the director did not weight his own style into this one, the actors seemed very convincing, (though it was dubbed) the movie did not feel like a remake going through a checklist, but I'd rather to see what this crew can, altogether do with something new.

Nobody's talking about your mom's womb

i thought this said dabid

lmao these two. they fucked Eli Roth to get their first movie made. everything they’ve done since American Mary has a ghost director and they just show up to take promotional photos on set. it always delays productions leaving crew to work an extra hour or two that day. nobody says shit because we don’t want to lose job opportunities

Wasn't this filmed like five years ago?

The Eddie Murphy film was just another one of those race-switch remakes, like the Nutty Professor and the Honeymooners. I expect nogs to be mad though.
