>Haven't released another loyalist since

Fuck games workshop.

They need to stretch this shit out over literal decades, man. Advancing the plot is extremely dangerous with this property, just look at the Primaris backlash.

that would be cool, he'd have to get in good shape but yeah. i like the counter-intuitive or surprising casting choices

Why

Angron's

?

Attached: frodo.png (400x399, 214K)

He thought Angron was pathetic as the only primarch to not conquer his world.

Because that violates the Prime Directive.

Shitty writing. The only way they know how to create reasons for traitors to have hated the emperor is to have the emperor make absolutely retarded decisions that make no sense.

That makes no sense. Corax hadn't conquered his shit either when the Emperor arrived, then the Emperor let him do his uprising before taking him. But for Angron he's just like NOPE and fucks him for no reason.

Corax had actually defeated and overthrown his worlds oppressors before the Emperor arrived.

They shouldn't have made the Horus Heresy books, let alone make a tv show about edgy prepubescent melodrama wangst characters.

Making friends with the tyrants of one planet was apparently more important than making friends with a galaxy-threatening demigod.

its only been two years after 30 years of waiting. Give it atleaat another 6 years for some lore progression

He was a dick on purpose so he had a reason to exterminate him later as per Malcadors confession.

Jude Law

Kast 'em, 'umiez!

Attached: Ghazghkull-1.png (1009x1446, 2.95M)

That sounds retarded. Even if he wanted to get rid of Angron, it would have been easier to have just been nice to him. Because he would have died around the time of the HH from the butcher's nails. Instead he's now a daemon prince who is still causing the imperium problems.

He was actually engineering Horus Heresy to happen but got out of control

did ahriman actually go back in time

the emperor is almost certainly a Kwisatz Haderach who schemed for millennia to put the pieces on the board ,and the whole 10k years after his heath is his plan playing out ..all for the sake of humanity's survival ... (rip off of dune but much better)

That's probably a bullshit excuse, but it's the only one that makes any kind of sense.

That idea of foreseeing and planning out millennia long empires and predicting their rise/fall was also in the foundation series. nothing new under the sun

> Prime Directive
smash them from low orbit?

Attached: 1364331363028.gif (510x546, 873K)

Would be retarded desu.

The only whacky fan theory that I'd like to be true is that the emperor is the one who called the nids into the galaxy, so that they can destroy Terra and the shadow in the warp will last long enough for the emperor to be reborn without the warp rift tearing open.

How do I get into this series? Are they books? Board games? The art looks really cool and I like sci fi enough.

horus heresy books

The first 3 HH books are solid if you want to learn about the HH. Horus Rising, Falso Gods and Galaxy in Flames.

Other than that just read whatever you want. For example, if you like Blood Angels I'd recommend Devastation of Baal.

The horus heresy series is actually really quite good, in a fun sci fi way. it has some dips in quality but has some really great moments too

its not just angron he planted seeds in all tbe primarchs to distrust each other. So that after the great crusade was over they could have a war wipping eachother out. His way of getting rid of the primarchs and their legion thunder warrior style. The problem was that chaos had its own plans and shit got fucked to early

one of the aspects i liked most about the beginning of the series is seeing a human space empire that has a lot more in common with a traditional sci fi setting, yet knowing how fucked up things get in the far future.

Thank you friends!

Youtube lore videos. Watch random ones until it starts marking a little sense.

40k theories and Wolf Lord Rho are the GOAT lore channels. Ignore all others, especially One Mind Syndicate.

Rowboat isnt even that big of an issue. Throw anyone with a decent jawline and hed be fine. Pic related needs to have the most charisma on screen. No other primarch has held a candle to the absolute illuminosity of Magnus. Fuck blood boys, fuck death fags, and remember there are no wolves on fenris.

Attached: 1509107454826.jpg (468x810, 91K)

Nah nigga, Sanguinius was the GOAT in every way. Even had the psychic power to be at least somewhat of a threat to Magnus in that regard and blew him the fuck out of the water in every other aspect.

Guilliman was the best choice to optimise the state, which was sorely needed.

Reminder Games Workshop attempted to trademark pauldrons

He makes the most sense, but that makes him the least fun. He also has the gayest legion in the setting that only has a single cool character (Cato Sicarius). Not only that but they mad ehi meven more of a faggot by making him the reason for the introduction of the primaris, a plot element so lame that it can only be saved by culminating in a civil war between primaris and old space marines, with the old space marines winning. Which will never happen because they've sold models and can't write them out.

I would have taken almost any other primarch over him. Cloned loyalist Fulgrim, Legion of the Damned led by Ferus manus, Dorne, Vulkan. Fuck, I'd even take a resurrected Sanguinius over him, the whole primaris deal is basically as big of an asspull as bringing Sanguinius back to life is.

To continue, the one thing that could make Girlyman interesting at this point is if he was Alpharius/Omegon the whole time pretending to be Guilliman.

And he got dumpstered by Horus. Clearly Magnus only had one true enemy that could match him. Himself of course. The amount of hubris is astonishingly powerful that no other being could ever truly be as capable compared to Magnus that he made sure to dumpster himself.

Attached: 1510137479304.jpg (753x424, 133K)

Literally anybody would have got dumpstered by Chaos powered Horus, including Fagnus. Chaos Horus almost killed the Emperor. Loyalist Horus would have been absolutely trashed by both Sanguinius and Magnus.

To each their own, I find the idea he struggles to reconcile his burocratic autism with the reality of the current Imperium to be interesting and call me boring but I actually like the Ultramarines as the pseudo romans in spess trying to deal with the savages.
With that said I would rather have not a single Primarch return but this is the path GW choose.
Now the Lion is likely to make a comeback at some point, so who knows what the future holds. Probably either him or Russ.

The future is going to be a 4v4. The next primarchs to be released will be Angron and Fulgrim (I don't know the order), so that each chaos god is represented (as well as the big 4 chaos legions). That will be the peak of "all hope is lost" as Guilliman is severely outnumbered.

Then they will start bringing back 3 loyalist. Russ and the Lion are definitely locks. The 4th is hard to guess. It should be some sort of blood angels representative, because they're part of the big 4 (DA, BA, SW and Smurfs) but I doubt they'll pull the trigger on bringing back Sanguinius. So perhaps it will be Rogal.

The writers were boxed in due to old HH lore

Why is Guilliman so hated?
I have only read like the first 5 or 6 HH Books but from reading his lore he seems based

Kind of the no fun allowed autist
Also at one point one GW writer pushed the Ultramarines really hard and that lead to the perception that Rowboat is worse than he actually is.
Its not fully without cause to dislike him, but it is mostly a meme.

I'd definitely cast Fassbender as Horus instead. He can really pull off that wicked cultured, ridiculously charismatic but at the same time completely Emil character.

Maybe they'll pull some bullshit along the lines of "Dante is so old and badass he's elevated to a primarch now", IFRC there was a passage where Giulliman you Dante that he is the only one who does not need to kneel before him, but can stand as an equal.

Have sex

Mike Myers + CGI

Ultramarines are hated in general, Girlyman is actually quite liked as far as Primarchs go

Eddie Redmumbler does not have the range to play Curze.

Tilda Swinton

>Tilda Swinton
Honestly... I can dig it.

There is nothing funnier in the whole Milky Way than teleporting your pathetic mutilated rageroided son onto your ship and away from his comrades, stare at him as he begins to weep like a little girl watching his only family through the video feed getting slaughtered like dogs and not say a word.

It gets even more hilarious when you put your now emotionally damaged weakling of a son in command of an army of super soldiers plus a fleet of ships and allow him to do whatever he wants.

>Borehammer 40Gay

>spess mehreens but biggar

Problem with doing anything 40k that mainstream would watch is you need to exposition SO MUCH to get them up to speed. Books have a much easier time with this which is why Horus Heresy can basically be read by people who know nothing about 40k and still be entertained by it.

Malcador revealed that the Primarchs were tools for the Emperor. They did plan to bring their numbers down in some sort of controlled civil war after the WebWay project was completed. Only a few would be kept as loyal guardians the the Imperium.

Literally everything this implies about the 40K universe, how it works, and what those terms mean is wrong.

The Warp isn't a place in physical space.

The Eye of Terror is literally just a location in physical space that's been saturated with the Warp.

It's Terra, not Tera.

The Eye of Terror threatens the Imperium and Mechanicum equally. And "Adeptus Mechanicus" isn't a place. It's an organization.

The Imperium holds, like, dozens of times more territory in real space than do warp storms and chaos empires. Chaos got more in Gathering storm, but its still the minority.

The Emperor is probably from modern Turkey so putting that in black is demented.

This is like those people who call Trump Voldemort, but if they'd literally never read Harry Potter or seen any of the movies, so they actually end up calling him Ron Weasely or some shit.

Be careful with the Horus Heresy. It's their big, flagship series, meaning a) they had to get like 10 different writers to produce that many books, so some books are 10/10 and some are 2/10 depending on whether they have a good writer assigned to it, or in the case of some hit or miss writers whether they're having a good day and b)because its their big series sometimes the higher ups interfere in ways that probably reduce quality(it definitely did not need to be this many books but it became a cash cow they wanted to keep going.)

I'd going to link some books that I think are better starting points, because they're either really good, low commitment stand alone novels, or they're the start of consistently excellent series by single authors.

amazon.com/War-Armageddon-Omnibus-Warhammer-000-ebook/dp/B07FSP6BTS/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=armageddon aaron dembskibowden&qid=1561213479&s=books&sr=1-1

Trilogy of 3 books. I've only read the first one but its left me certain they're all great.

I could link more but this is more than enough to get someone started.

This is probably a joke but throughout the lore all these different writers have been impressively consistent on the point that it smells like ozone, smells/tastes of pennies, and sometimes smells like rotten meat.

Attached: b44.jpg (500x484, 17K)

What WAS Lion's problem?

That would probably be the most expensive cast of all time

Your advise is sound, but it's a problem inherent to any big franchise and Warhammer, either of them, got hit HARD with it. Most of the books are just mediocre or bad with few standouts. Horus Heresy is like this condensed.

Dan Abnett is the GOAT BL writer. Horus Rising, Legion, Prospero Burns, Know No Fear and even Unremembered Empire were all great and thats not even counting his Eisenhorn/Ravenor stuff.

We'll never see smug sisters of silence getting slammed into the floor by Thousand sons after thinking they were nothing without psychic powers.

Attached: Magnus.jpg (827x528, 77K)

Russ had the social skills to pivot to interacting with humans after being raised by wolves. At the very least he had to learn to socialise with the wolves.

The Lion was naturally anti-social then spent the early years of his life as a feral child. He's very oblivious to other people's thoughts and feelings, while also being childishly proud and vain.

Homosexuality

basically, no childhood and surviving alone on a feral world until he was "rescued" by those who would become his future legion. it made his unwilling to engage with people with particular contempt for those who fall to chaos considering he resisted it as a child for so long. ironically, he's hinted to be a political animal when he actually puts himself to it and was the FIRST primarch to be created. like with all other primarchs you could say he was robbed of intended purpose when he was estranged from the emperor.

It was and is, originally and foremost, a tabletop game, and selling models remains GW's primary income and focus.
It has a fuckton (like, triple digits) of novels filling out the lore, but those novels are written by many different authors and most of them are mediocre to dogshit, and frequently end up canonizing retarded lore that worsens the setting.
Vidya adaptations have historically held tons of potential but been soiled by GW not giving a fuck and just looking for a quick buck. Dawn of War 1/2 are the best result so far. They're breddy gud.
>ywn know what Blizzard's Warhammer games could've been if they'd stayed WH Fantasy/40k and not donut steel'd into Warcraft and Starcraft
Basically, 40k's lore is vast, and plenty of it is shit or contradictory. You learn what you want, pick and choose which parts you respect and have fun with it. Plenty of anons and non-anons will play along with this, and the autists who won't aren't anyone you want to be spending time with anyway.

Is there any way I can read the story of 40K without having to play the silly game?

Attached: 3234222841874.gif (498x498, 620K)

Retard

t. silly game player

he means you're retarded for thinking the silly game contains any of the lore
it's dice rolls and action figures, do you think they stop and read 40k encyclopedias at each other between turns?

It's a shame there's soo much Warhammer 40k, I love big space works that are completey absurd but there's soo many books...

Fairly certain he went full mutant then realised he had went too far.
It was another one who literally exploded and took out the psychic Pyre titan that was wreaking wolves.

The joke is he only has one good eye

I thought it was like D&D where most of it was listening to the dungeon master explain the story
Sounds even stupider than I thought

No, the big E just hated them because they were blood drunk, crazed, uncontrollable savages...but not in a way that benefited the Imperium, the Butchers nails they all had implanted were illegal within the Imperium because they just caused the victim to go literally insane once they dug deep enough. Angron was basically a lost cause and the Emperor knew it, it's why he was basically relegated to being sent in to frighten worlds and was only used when utter destruction and bloodshed was the goal.

There's also the theory that the Emperor knew that the Heresy was going to happen and he was just playing along for shits and giggles since he's so powerful that he didn't give much of a fuck since he had a plan in place. I mean, the lore is deliberately obscure but it does hint that the Emps knew everything and all that occurred and will occur is just some huge meta plan to kill the Chaos Gods.

This man has been redeemed

The smile of a free man.

you know how little boys point their toys at each other and go pew-pew?
it's that, except the toys are all part of an established (and super edgy) setting and their statistics are all finely defined by huge rulebooks
it's as manchild as it gets and it's very fun

I wouldn't really call 40k 'edgy', it doesn't really have anything within it that doesn't make sense in terms of lore. I'd say it's hilariously grimdark but not edgy.

I like him, but my favorite Primarch is Vulkan

Vulkan is not a fucking nigger, look at his nose. Fuck

Actions don't need to be nonsensical to be edgy.
Dark Eldar have an established need to be maximum degenerate, murderfucking, drug-huffing, sadistic edgelords to maintain their youth and not get their souls eaten, but I dare you to say they don't outedge Shadow the Hedgehog.

The Flesh Change is some weird lore.

Attached: Tetsuo mutation Picture2.png (1366x768, 1.08M)

Yeah, but arent the nids proven to be running from an ork super-waaaagh?

unironically get laid as soon as possible. it doesn't matter if she's ugly. you should treat this as a matter of some urgency.

Yet he admitted that Sanguinius would fuck him up.

Nothing about why they came to the milky way is confirmed, other than perhaps some HH shit let off a big enough psychic signal to attract them.

Could have sworn I read some source material that stated they were fleeing something and hinted at orks.. I'm probably wrong.

Why would they run from any waaagh? At worst, they could lead the fleet in circles while endlessly fighting Orks on every planet they passed for yuge evolutionary gainz.
We already have in-universe proof that given the option to infinitely fight over a rock or destroy the planet, Orks and Nids prefer to eternally brawl to evolve/get bigga and greena without limit, spilling out to neighboring rocks and ever so slowly contaminating all of creation with super Orks and Nids havin a rassle.

back to furaffinity whitegirl

How would make a movie on this that sorta explains the plot without getting bogged down in exposition?

Well, really I though the nids were running from a unified gork and mork with intelligent orkz believing they can destroy anything, which would actually be true then. That sorta thing would scare nids too I believe.

there is literally a book series.

Start with the Horus heresy. Read the first three books and then you can pick and choose.

didnt horus had long hair?

youtube.com/watch?v=M6M9-oFEKpk&list=PLl6BRvEJ-auZ5aYPHj1B3pKJ_pLjg9qNU&index=2&t=0s

not perfect but is a start

Starting from Horus Heresy's books is retarded.
The best way is either by randoming lexicanum or by reading the lore parts in old rulebooks then branching with codexes of the factions that interest you most.

W40k is a WARgame not a tabletop RPG

There are literally a half dozen different TRPGs for the setting, though.

Start with the Eisenhorn Trilogy by Dan Abnett, and maybe Gaunt's Ghosts. I wouldn't start with the Horus Heresy books imo, wait until you get a good feel for the lore/world before delving into them.

>because the emperor wanted you to stop riding his dick so fucking hard

t. lorgar

Because Angron didn't want to win. He wanted to die.

Every other Primarch became a hero on his own world, either as a liberator or a great lord or something that showed his potential. Not so with Angron. When the Emperor found him, he had been mutilated beyond repair. Lobotomized, cut off from his emotions except on the battlefield by the Butcher's Nails. The Primarchs were meant to be leaders, and Nuceria had turned him into nothing but a killer.

Had the Emperor sent down the War Hounds to pacify Nuceria, Angron still would have hated him -- for stealing his glory, for taking vengeance away from him -- but at his core, Angron was furious that the Emperor had saved him. That was the long and the short of it; Angron still lived, when all he wanted was an honorable death. On Nuceria, he could have died in glory. In space, as one of the sons of the Emperor, there was no one who could stand against him.

The only reasonable course of action left was to turn traitor.

Test

Imagine being this butthurt about anyone making fun of your ebic /pol/ meme

Because they are tools, not sons. The emperor wanted to shape them into monsters to handle everything. He just lost control of them

Can someone archive this thread for future study please

Angron was also the embodiment of the Emperors literal bromance.
Seeing one's friends be killed would be shit for anyone but for Angron it was even worse.
Angron wouldn't have been Mr stompy if he didn't have the nails. A real tragedy.

DELET THIS

We're all genuinely concerned about you user. Denial is an ugly thing.

Powerful reddit thetans emanating from this comment

>40k theories

Is the Emperor a secret Ork? Is the secret to defeating Chaos eating hummus? This week on 40k Theories, we answer all the retarded questions nobody asked. Just like every other week.

>Angron
>he is very angry
>Perturabo
>he is very perturbed

Sanguinius isn't fully dead. His soul is hanging out in the Warp with/reinforcing the Emperor's ongoing war and struggle to hold Chaos back.

Back in the locker.

How do people still not understand in 2019 that old Emperor boy was going to kill them all off anyway like he did with the Thunder Warriors once they achieved their purpose.

>Fulgrim
>Isn't fully grim
>In fact quite the opposite
Really subverted my expectations

Andreja Pejic as Fulgrim
Channing Tatum as jellyman
Michael Wincott as Curze. Just listen to him.
youtu.be/3cg_demA3yg
Also, pleasantly surprised at the idea of Leo as Russ

Angron was about to be slaughtered, he didn't have a chance in hell to win that battle, that's why the Emperor pulled him out. He was too valuable an asset to lose, or so they thought until they realised just how totally fucked up Angron was.

The Thunder Warriors had to be killed off though. They weren't suitable for a campaign because they were built quickly and cheaply, and they were very unstable. And the Emperor let them go out how they wanted, in a blaze of glory. And on top of all that, the surviving Thunder Warriors don't hold anything against him for it, nor do they show bitterness at their destruction. They lived and died doing what they wanted.

To compare their situation with the Astartes is flawed.

Emp's pretty clearly needed the Astartes around to at least keep the Imperial Army from getting any ideas, before the Heresy the Army controlled almost the entire Navy as well

His soul is trapped on the vengeful spirit.

>only has a single cool character (Cato Sicarius)
Cato is everything wrong with the Ultramarines

You can compare them to certain astartes, such as the blood angels or the space wolves and such. They are legions that have no place during peaceful times due to their gene flaws.

Who plays the Emperor? Tommy Wiseau?

>Don't plan too much, it might not come out right

He used to be until they retconned him to be a savage motherfucker.

And lost to the Lion

>It's a blessing there's soo much Warhammer 40k
FTFY

The guy is huge under his armor. He's like 14ft tall.

>horus heresy series has now passed 50 books
Nah, I can totally see what he means.

I don't like it when they give space marines personalities like this, where they have doubts and insecurities, they're supposed to be ridiculously aggressive, psycho-conditioned killing machines, not whiney Vietnam conscripts who miss their mums.

>Forrest Whitaker
Holy shit lmao

Yea, and Ferrus Manus will come back a head taller.

Sounds like Adeptus Mechanicus is more your speed friend

I remember when he got the shit kicked out of him by a Necron lord and got saved by plot armour and bad writing.

Attached: necron1.jpg (300x280, 18K)

Not really, they're both equally transhuman, just one is via cybernetics and the other by genetic engineering. Astartes in combat should never be having moments of moral crisis, they're supposed to be utterly dedicated fanatics.

Nah, Ferrus Manus will come back as ghostrider.

>peaceful times
>40K

Attached: 1533675612658.jpg (1024x699, 122K)

>they're both equally transhuman
No, absolurtely not, the dream of every Mechanist is to become completely machine, Astarte's (generally) hang on to their humanity even though they're freaks. Obviously some chapters do that more than others, and the Ultramarines are actually pretty into the whole humanity thing, where as the Iron Hands have become turbo autistic and basically believe the same shit the Mechanicum does, even though their primarch would think it's fucking retarded

Sanguinius had already fought a battle to defend the throneroom during which he killed the greatest of Khornes demons. Guy was exhausted by the time he fought Horus. Hardly "dumpstered".

Isn't humanity fucked beyoned relief? Emperor is dead soon which will ultimately wipe out the Solar System and destroy the Imperial government and Tyranids which will just endlessy pour into the galaxy till nothing is left.

jamie lannister is sanguinor, we all agreed on this

It's alright, GW won't move the plot forward to an end any time soon, they don't need to kill the setting like they did with Fantasy

They will do something with the Emperor to save humanity
>ascends to godhood
>destroys the Chaos gods
>dies but is reborn somewhere in the Imperium and is found by Girlyman after a few chaotic decades
As for nids, there is a plausible way they could be defeated - psykers destroying the Hive Mind. It would still be kind of bullshit but it's something they have hinted is a possibility. All of these questions are irrelevant anyways because GW isn't going to advance the plot in a way that destroys any major factions. Any plot advancements will be new introductions, like Primaris marines.

>2019
>People still follow the emperor

He was gonna fuck his warexpe... I mean sons over anyway.

Chaos is the only way

Fuck Spikeys Orkz is fa fightin n winnin

extremely cliche choices, but since every 40k character is mega jaw giga chad i guess you dont have much choice.

they are augmented with additional muscles, organs etc so they are very big besides their head, and then the armor itself is thick and augments alot of things it is very large as well. and finally 40k is 95% artwork and overdoing things so it wouldnt look any other way.

Say that at a gathering and see how long it takes for you to find out how wrong you are.

Wouldn't you want Alpharious to be an actor that everyone forgets exists? Like that one guy from that one movie? Carrie's a movie well but never outshines anything

Attached: 1507683432988.png (955x537, 594K)

>Tyranids which will just endlessy pour into the galaxy till nothing is left.

The Orks self reproduce so it will just be a Ork, Nid, Demon stalemate, unless all the Eldar, Tau, Imperium, Necros band together to BTFO out of them.

i unironically consider legion one of the best books ive ever read

Chaos will die without Eldar and Humans around to fuel its shit, Ork's, Nids, Necrons and Tau don't really support its beleif network because they're all either too cooperative, not concerned with venerating Chaos Gods or have pathetic soul value

No

Attached: 7b6.jpg (626x258, 38K)

redpill me on the custodes
what have they been doing for the past 10k years

Fuck all, gorrilaman made them get or their ass

Ork's fuel Khorne
Tau fuel Tzeentch
And Malice will rise

corax freed his world and was competent enough to beat guilliman in a strategic game 2 time

Moping around like faggots

I tried reading some of the lore because for some reason you /tg/ immigrants like to spam this stuff so much in our board but Jesus, it's so bad. Everything is so over-the-top and try-hard but the worst part is there isn't any single good character that you the audience can identify with.

40K isn't about selfinserting you gaylord

>Ork's fuel Khorne
They don't though
>Tau fuel Tzeentch
Doesn't even make sense, they barely even register in the Warp they're that pathetic in psyker power

They died heroically at the battle of mount ararat!

Don't worry only hardcore 40k fans still think that the story is good. It has been unsalvageable since GW introduced Horus and his band of autistic brothers with daddy issues.

No one I've talked to has really ever thought the story itself was good, some of the novels set in the universe have been good but that isn't quite the same thing

>Korn
>he is the god of numetal
>Gork
>he is the god of orks
>Eldar
>they are an elder race
Maybe the secret to winning 40k is to name all your enemies shit like "Weakoid" and "D'ead".

Kys self inserter

Mork is the God of Orks

I'm calling it
You just can't face the truth

NO ITS GORK

What have you read?
The first 4 books of the Horus Heresy novels are kino.

secretly killing renegade astartes (both chaos and pirate variants) these operations are secret and only referred to ass "gray ops".

MORK YOU GIT

You can call whatever retarded shit you like, fuck you might even be right considering Age Of Shitmar threw Slaanesh in the dustbin for the Great Horned Rat, there's just nothing written as of yet to support it

The Emperor is a perpetual.
If he dies he will be reborn.
Emps dying is unironically the best thing that could happen to the Imperium.

Not really. Eldar already have a secret weapon that'll instakill literally all tyranids if wielded by full power ynnead

>if wielded by full power ynnead
That's a pretty big caveat though, they also have those ridiculous fighter planes that sever your soul or some shit though so maybe

I listened to this series on audiobook. It's pure kino.

>Eldar already have a secret weapon that'll instakill literally all tyranids if wielded by full power ynnead
Is this real?

No, it's just fan theories.

I fucking hate how there's so many ridiculous fan theories for a universe as massive as 40k, theres so much actual stuff going on, I dont see why people make this stuff up

He could do it

Typical corpse-god worshipper's propaganda.

Lorgar wanted to free humanity from disease, death and limits of human experience. Fusing worthy humans with a daemon does all that.

Sure, you'd grow a tentacle or two, but that's a small price for eternal life and superhuman strength.

Attached: warhammer 40K Lorgar.png (750x819, 926K)

Me da brainy boy; GORMAMORKA!

WOT YOU WISPRIN FOR YA GIT?

In the 40k universe the subhuman nigger species has been rightfully eliminated from existence. Inform yourself better retard.

i honestly think MoM is my favorite HH book. especially that part.

> Why is the armor outrageously huge?
4u

Nigger, Lorgar wanted to worship something.
Big E told him he wasn't a God and humiliated him and his legion, he even made some custodians babysit him since he didn't trust him.
So Lorgar decided to find something that was worthy of worship, and he found Chaos.

The Ultramarines got what they deserved.

friendly reminder that 40k is the most reddit fucking franchise and pretending that it's some sort of epic edgy affair is literally just COPEposting.
Read Dune.

Whatever. It's fashy as fuck.

Where is Omegon?

If you think Primarchs are comparable to any non-augmented human race you're dreaming

look closer ;)

Can the emporer be remade entirely out of cyberdongs?

So how many more years does anybody think it'll take Alfabusa to finish? I'll say 5.

It would have been Dolph Lundren in the past.

Blood Angels would have been fine in peace time. The thirst was barely even a thing (there were maybe a half dozen cases at most, I think) until Chaos went out of its way to aggravate the shit out of the defect and drive it into a death spiral.

Based Cato patrolling blue Xeno thots.

Technically he did much more.

He held the Eternity Gate for a week against everything. And I do mean everything, from traitor marines to daemons to greater daemons to Daemon Primarchs.

He fought, defeated, and banished Daemon Primarch Angron.

He defeated another of his traitor brothers (I forget which).

He broke the Father of Bloodthirsters across his knee.

Then he joined the assault on the Vengeful Spirit, and had to battle through hordes of daemons, traitors, and things from the darkest nightmares of the Warp.

By the time he reached Horus he was half dead. And he still put up enough of a fight that he inflicted serious wounds on Horus, so the Emperor was able to finish what he started.

Horus was right to fear the Angel's wrath. If Sanguinius has been fresh, the fight would almost certainly have gone very differently.

>finish
Why would he kill his own show?

So that the story could be told. I remember somewhere he even said that he has an end plan.

I don't know about all of what you said but based on Fear to Tread there was a likely potential reality where Sanguinius throws a spear at Horus from across the room and takes him out without even a fight.

Basically, yes. Sanguinius at 100% could have beaten Horus. Even half-dead he still outpaced everybody else on the boarding team, including Royal Dorn, Corax, even the literal GOESFAST that is the Khan, and the Emperor, to make it to Horus first.
