i had migraines for years, never had seizures or anything. eventually, they were getting so bad that I was actually losing my vision. I went scheduled an appt with the university of washington headache clinic to further deal with them (I had been to doctors, neurologists even, and they were all put off when I told them I had a family hx of migraines). before that appt, i went to my optometrist for a work up. I had been going blind slowly, and when he dilated my eyes, my optic nerve was extremely inflamed. so he sent me to the ER from there. I had a tumor (subependymal astrocytoma) the size of a plum in my ventricle. I had surgery 4 days later for an almost total resection. Do you hear sloshing in your ears when you wake up? like, you have water in them? you probably dont have a tumor, they're very very very rarely the cause of migraines.

I have sloshing, when I tilt my head at computer sounds like a fridge making draining water noise until it settles

have you seen a neurologist or anything? I'd recommend trying to get in to see someone like that. I will say though, don't get too freaked out. Tumors make up a very small percentage of migraine cases. But in any case, I hope it all works out the best for you. I always say that the tumor was the best thing that's ever happened to me; it's freed me from my headaches. I was getting 3 or 4 a week in the last two months leading up to having my first CT scan. I never realized how cloudy and hazy I felt all the time prior to the tumor excision.
