It helps that most of the political guests especially have a good idea of what Joe is about and make sure to only discuss topics where they agree. So when a left-wing politican/pundit like Yang, Gabbard, or Pakman are on they'll try to stick to economics and drugs. When it's a right-wing guest like Shapiro, Mciness, or Milo they'll stick to the free speech issue.
