No. Littlefinger met with a faceless woman who was in Winterfell to kill Arya and agreed to swap faces with her after Bran revealed his powers to Littlefinger. He double crossed the faceless woman who was then executed in his place. Littlefinger took Sansa's face not long before Jon and Dany arrived back in Winterfell.
The faceless woman can be seen talking with Baelish and he hands her an iron coin to prove his identity as "one of them". There's a fair bit of superficial evidence of this too. Littlefinger is a Braavosi by culture, his story of losing Cat to Brandon Stark could easily be his reason for returning there to learn their trade. He and the faceless men are continually talking about "games" and he is remarkably knowledgable about assassination. Also his personal sigil is a mockingbird, a bird with no voice of its own, it only mimics others.
He engineered "his" own death, separated the Starks, manipulated everyone until Dany went mad, Jon was exiled, and the Lannisters were dead, and put himself on the throne of his own kingdom with "Sansa" at his side.
