Movie Mistakes/Goofs

>In Back to the Future when Marty first goes to the mall to meet up with Doc he walks past the mall sign which reads Twin Pines Mall. At the end of the movie when he returns to the mall to save Doc and watches Marty-2 go back in time the sign reads Lone Pine Mall

Any more continuity errors like this?

>Eagle-eyed viewers may notice that Joe Pesci not only portrayed wet bandit Harry Lyme, but the police officer checking up on the McCallister residence. Pesci was originally only cast for the latter role but after Danny DeVito dropped from the Harry role only weeks later,[3] Pesci was awarded the former as well.[4] On why they didn't reshoot the police officer scenes with a different actor so Pesci wouldn't be portraying two distinctly separate characters which may confuse viewers, director Chris Columbus explained that 20th Century Fox refused to pay $122.50 plus tip for more pizzas in reshoots[5]. When asked why they didn't just use empty boxes, Columbus became visibly confused and asked why the McCallisters would order a bunch of empty pizza boxes.[6]

>People on set were astounded though, not because of the fact that he had finally nailed the difficult stunt, but because upon doing it, Tobey shouted "Take that, merchants!" really loudly while looking at a group of extras, eating their lunch off-screen, while Sam Raimi cackled on his director's chair, yelled "Cut!" and threw a couple of coins at them.

If he destroyed it in the past then wouldn't it always be lone pine mall?

In the movie Airplane! every time there was an outside view of the jet they were on you could hear the unmistakable sound of a prop driven plane. How did such a mistake get past everyone making that film?

I'm unbelievably dissapointed in you, user.

I can't stop laughing Holy shit

he created a new timeline. he can never return to his original timeline.

In the 2019 film "Detective Pikachu", Ryan Reynolds' character threatens "I will electrocute you" whilst gesturing towards his tail, despite the electricity of a pikachu canonically coming from its cheeks. An oversight that, while minor, had more attentive fans scratching their heads.

I always enjoyed this

That's sad :(

Did you happen to notice that Marty's parents were completely different people at the end of the movie from the start of the movie? How could they mess that up?

>Calling it one of the most challenging aspects of creating the beloved family comedy, producers of 1998’s The Parent Trap recalled Wednesday the harrowing experience of euthanizing their Lindsay Lohan clone after the completion of filming. “We decided to just get it over with as quickly as possible, so as soon as shooting wrapped, we told her there was a pizza party for her behind the set on the soundstage,” said producer Charles Shyer, acknowledging that crew members instead seized the Lohan clone, strapped her to a chair, and used an IV to deliver a cocktail of lethal drugs into her bloodstream. “It was kind of heartbreaking hearing the Lohan clone talk about how excited she was for the movie to come out and how she wanted to grow up to be a famous actress, but at least we used a better poison than the one they used on the Hayley Mills clone after the original 1961 Parent Trap, which apparently took hours to finally work.” Shyer admitted that the already disturbing experience became even more traumatic when the actual Lindsay Lohan stumbled upon her clone being cremated in the back lot.

>That's sad :(

Yeah, it always bothered me that Marty's real parents and siblings, who he views as losers, are now gone and replaced with strangers who are successful. Sure, his true family weren't everything he hoped for but they loved him and he doesn't give a thought as to how they felt when they found out that Doc Brown was machine gunned at the mall and Marty went missing and was never heard from again!!!FACT!!!

9/11 predictive warning

>there is a timeline where a poor McFly family has to deal with their son disappearing without a trace and the only clue is that he went to meet Doc Brown who happens to be found dead the night Marty vanished.

I want to see that sequel

>PINES, TOWERS, PINES, TOWERS, PINES, TOWERS

>In 1991 during the filming for 'Point Break' Keanu Reeves (whose role involved playing rookie FBI agent 'Johnny Utah') was surfing with co-stars when a small child was dragged under the waves and began to struggle to stay above surface. As his co-stars rushed to help, Reeves held out an arm in front of them, stopping them and was reported saying by Lori Petty (who played the character Tyler Endicott in the film) "The waves have claimed her, let her fight for her own life". The crew, dumbfounded, proceeded to watch her struggle until her body disappeared beneath the waves, lifeless. He was later spotted outside the child's house, making drowning gestures and thanking the family for their child's sacrifice to the great ocean.
