Why don't theaters just give the wagies more time to clean up instead of cramming as many showings as possible?

I worked at AMC through some pretty big movie releases (Thor 2, Hunger Games, The Hobbit) and it was never really that bad outside of children's movies that were never full and the once a week Indian movie that was trashed beyond belief

Movies like anything MCU or the Hunger Games aren't the ones that get trashed. It's movies like Fast & the Furious (From the 4th onward) that get the worst audience. That and those Bollywood films, yes
