If you're looking for weeb shit, try shiki for something interesting and hellsing for action. Otherwise just watch the Werner Herzog version of Nosferatu. I remember that being slow paced, but pretty kino.

Shiki is pretty cool but a reminder that it's basically a remake of devilman. So if you've seen devilman crybaby you might find it a redundant experience. I enjoyed it.
Also I recommend "Overlord" It's not necessarily about vampires. It's about an undead lich king with a vampire waifu but it has basically the same atmosphere and feel and is pretty enjoyable to watch. As it has the lich king as the protagonist in his quest to genocide humanity.
