I legit just spend the last hour and a half howling by myself laughing at this stupid fucking movie. I haven't been brought to such laughter while watching tv/movies alone like that in YEARS. Holy shit. What a dumb fucking movie I loved it.
>Pleasure to meet you Cecil >Pleasures all mine Kitty >Or should I say, meeoooowwww
Oh my good lord that was full on theraputic. Tears from my face the entire movie. What does Yea Forums think of this comedy kino?
I consider this to be the last of the good Sandler comedykinos (before his recent renaissance, his new standup special was actually very good). I still quote this movie often
John Reed
>recent renaissance Netflix movies are like the new straight to vhs. Hardly a comeback.
It is the same type of humour as Happy Gilmour but ramps up the retardation. In a good way, not in an Adam Sandler retard way. He actually doesn't do the weird voice in this one at all.
Elijah Cook
this is the movie i noticed wynona ryder had a huge rack
Isaac Gomez
Seem like people hate adam sandler movies but he really does have a few classic movies that still are funny and hold up, like waterboy and billy madison
I don't hate Sandler or anything, but I hate Billy Madison. That movie is uwatchable.
John Jenkins
the mummy museum currator guy was enjoyable. really a wholesome movie with sandler shenanigans. plus i really appreciated the mcenroe antics too. solid 8/10 movie.
lmao I should watch this, haven't seen it in 15 years or so
Blake Lewis
also, every EVERY sandler movie is by default at least 5/10. the additional points are awarded based on the absurdity of the jokes and how much his friends are involved (buscemi the crowd favorite). he doesnt make a bad movie, just a boring one once in a while.
Zachary Cooper
>not the jp scenes ok memeing faggot
Bentley Diaz
puffy jacket man
Elijah Price
YES! I thought of that scene when I saw this thread.
Isaac Anderson
>...and the jets are choke artists >i wouldnt say that >and whys that? >you own the jets >... >well that sucks
Mason Wright
literally everyone remembers john taturo, and no one dislikes his character.
Easton Parker
I wish my IQ was low enough to enjoy this.
Luke Foster
>t. room temperature IQ
Blake Torres
The part where John Mackenroe jumps over the car always kills me.
Nathaniel Turner
sandler really gets some of the different cameos. it was pretty damn hilarious. on a tangent, tony orlando in "that's my boy" was great too. just odd cameos that somehow work.
Blake Lopez
I'm on the righthand side, you are the statistical anomaly that was deemed to be outside the margin of error and not included in the lefthand side.
Sorry to break it to you but that image isn't actually representative of anything real, and you are literally have the same frontal lobe size as an eleven year old. I hope you're underage, if not you should probably apply for disability or get tested for some learning disability.
Jonathan Young
You'd like the movie better if you had robot eyes.
Noah Ward
Is there a fucking gas leak in this thread or something?
the thing about the sandler movies, it's a bunch of guys hanging out, fuckin with each other, and making a movie. the chemistry between everyone is comfy as all hell
Jacob Morgan
Nice counterargument but what I said is true. His movies are cliche, traditional, safe, inoffensive except when it's against gays (wow so edgy), and just bad. Why do u think his movies get shit on by Rotten Tomatoes and audiances on imdb, retard
Levi Smith
>Nice counterargument but what I said is true. His movies are cliche, traditional, safe, inoffensive except when it's against gays (wow so edgy), and just bad. Why do u think his movies get shit on by Rotten Tomatoes and audiances on imdb, retard
Imagine getting by on your day to day life, predicating your movie taste on what the tomato website suggests
Logan Richardson
They were children when it released. It's nostalgia.
Cameron Stewart
Cringe, Sandler makes kino. End of story.
Noah Brown
Then so Yea Forums needs to stop hating on other users here who like star wars and old superhero movies due to nostalgia. If we get shit for it, then nobody gets a free pass
Because they're normally right. It's pretty accurate. Name 5 movies you consider great that Rotten Tomatoes shit on. Good luck lol
Jacob Williams
Sandler is kino, capeshit is capeshit
Anthony Foster
Sandlers films are intended to be childish and they are treated as such. MCU do a ridiculous constant genre hopping shtick and they are treated like high cinema. I understand nuance is hard for you but try to keep up
Elijah Carter
A meme isn't an argument. Try again, retard brain. C'mon I believe in you. I mean, you do have a brain that likes Sandler films so it may be tough lol
Connor Torres
Maybe 20 years ago. Go to bed, Armond White. I know you have a man crush on Sandler
>A meme isn't an argument. Try again, retard brain. C'mon I believe in you. I mean, you do have a brain that likes Sandler films so it may be tough lol
Can't have 1 good discussion here ffs damn some of u r fucking annoying
Oliver Evans
Dirty Work Tim and Eric's Big ass movie or whatever Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Baseketball Austin Powers 2
Sebastian Gutierrez
I'd say it's probably Anger Management, I think that came after. Click was the last one where it seemed like there was effort though Whenever I see him in anything I always think of him from here
Camden Sanchez
I don't understand. Explain it in another way. What do you mean by high class and genre hopping?
Ethan Long
It's past bedtime little man, I think "pewds" uploaded a new video. Now scram
Kevin Butler
>Can't have 1 good discussion here
>get off Yea Forums you boomer
pick one.
Ryan Nguyen
I mean people have called the MCU one of the most important pieces of cinema of all time. It is objectively no deeper than a surface level action movie but is lauded as much more. No one expects or rates adam sandler movied higher than what they are, a "good" always fun movie
Blake Gutierrez
Cringe. You must like watching live action anime too.
Waterboy is the single worst thing I've ever had to watch and I've seen people die.
Tyler Allen
"They call it death Capra, evil Capra. "
But that's them not thinking deeply about it. Capra was facetious as well with his sentiments, but it's more so that the collective charm of his works comes across as a genuine socialist plea at trying times. As already stated before, is not the case for Capra, not the simple and even confirmed by him. With Mr. Deeds, Sandler, confirms in the work itself in one of the dialogues between Winona Ryder's character and her scheming broadcast coworker that Deeds is someone NOT familiar with the irony of the mega-corporate world. She doesn't want to hurt him, but what we see in Deeds' foibles is that as long as you have a guiding center of well-being that is comfortable with those around you, to offset the rubbish, you prosper anyway. It's righteous. The rubbish at its base is not too dissimilar from irony to begin with especially how it is depicted in the film itself from everyone involved. Every action has a disparate consequence from your belief. Deeds tries to help but he keeps screwing up the OTHER covert douchebags that are trying to EXPLOIT him. It's hilarious how he achieves this. A brilliant satire of the metamodern and something that hugboxers could learn from. It's a perfect gleaning from not even CAPRA, but Capra's IDOL, D.W. Griffith. One that is attuned to the sensibilities and times of today. Not too dissimilar from Way Down East at all.
You can just tell they don't give a shit if the movie is "good". They're just there to have as much fun as possible and with scenes like this, you as the audience feels it.
Josiah Reed
holy fucking kino
John Hall
honestly based
Cooper Williams
How to spot someone who is under 16
Dylan Moore
>Adam Sandler >funny
Jace Gonzalez
I literally saw it in theatres with my friends for my 10th birthday
Brody Howard
Go back.
Justin Harris
Do the opposite. Name 5 movies you consider shit that Rotten Tomatoes rated 90% or higher. Now tell me they're normally right.
Austin Williams
>don't enjoy comedy user >remember if Shakespeare didn't write it it's worthless
Not every Sandler movie is Jack and Jill.
Kayden Collins
>boomer humor
I feel bad for zoomers honestly, the only "comedy" they actually know is post-ironic dry humor from vagina women and late night politispeak farings.
lol so ramdum :DDD hey steve b just say whatever u want, make up your lines :DDD idiots love it :DDD
Juan Adams
lmao so clever a zoomer being dismissive of comedy using childish sarcasm
Wyatt Torres
The House that Jack Built Valerian Knight of cups Paris can wait Legend of the Guardians
Henry Lee

Cameron Stewart

Blake Parker
ᵗʰᵃᵗ ᶦˢ ᵐʸ ᵇᶦʳᵗʰᵈᵃʸ
Michael Wood
What's everyone's hate boner with click over? I haven't watched it in years but seem to have memories that indicate it wasn't that bad. All I remember was that it tried to do half drama, which we know Sandler can half do.
Ayden Parker
i love how zoomers are only now getting into sanderkinos enjoy
Bentley Sanchez
Mr. Deeds is the “hidden gem” of Sanderkino
Xavier White
Adam Sandler movies are comfy and zoomers will never understand.
