For me? It's seeing Dany's head on a fucking spike. My dying wish is to see based Jon chain Dany up, murder all of her followers, Daario, and her dragon in front of her, then slowly torture her to death. I hate cunts like her. I genuinely do
EVERYONE loves based Jon. The wildlings, the northmen. They all follow him. Dany on the other hand? No one likes her. She's a cunt. She has no personality. She has no friends. And yet she still has the audacity to talk shit about Jon. He's the only person who even genuinely likes you, you stupid whore.
I genuinely hope not only Dany, but Emilia Clarke herself, dies an extremely painful death. How based would it be to turn on the news one day and hear Emilia Clarke burned alive in her house. No Kit Harington to save her. I bet Kit hates that bitch. He only likes her because he gets paid for it. Jon could do leagues better. She hit the wall 5 years ago. Jon's just entering his prime. Stupid bitch thinks she can be picky with men when she's got the face of an AARP member. Fuck you whore. Wait a second, Dany already died BWAHAHAHHAHAHA
I reiterate, fuck Dany, fuck Danyfags, fuck Emilia Clarke, fuck all roasties and fuck anyone who doubts based Jon.
FUCK cripples, FUCK foreigners, FUCK northern whores telling me to sit down, FUCK dwarfs getting to decide the fate of the continent, FUCK "stories" and FUCK this farce of a council I am taking the throne by force, NOW. Rivermen, to me!

Season 7 was a consequence of season 6's setup. To be honest, Young Griff should have been introduced in season 5 at the very least, and the King's Landing plot suffered without him.
Season 8 had bad action and widespread character assassination. Season 7 might have been bad and rushed, but it wasn't nearly as bad as season 8.
>following the unexpected and tragic death of lead actress Emilia Clarke, due to health issues, HBO has announced that they will be cancelling the popular drama series, which just aired its Season 6 finale

Friendly reminder that Dany should have arrived in Westeros a season earlier and Cersei should have been dealt with and finished by the end of S7

Dany should have arrived after season 4. The whole sons of harpy storyline was garbage.

Dany should've gone through a burn tour of the slave cities using the dothraki to break the slavers and just taken her unsullied dragons and some sellswords to westeros, she didn't even need the dothraki there was totally pointless. I hope George scraps that in the books

D&D literally said the reason she burned it all was because she saw the Red Keep and decided to make it personal though. Maybe she wasn't even mad and was just pregnant emotions

>Every night they were on the boat sailing to White Harbor, without fail, Jon came to her room. She expected him every time, dressing in barely anything when she opened the door and shut it behind him, closing them off together. >She thought about that word a lot and Jon liked to repeat it when talking about their plans once they got to the North. But that matter was never discussed when he was in her courters. >Daenerys would spend the evening with his head in between her legs, hands digging into her thighs as he worked with his tongue in ways she hadn’t received before. Jon was no selfish lover. Only when she was satisfied and clawing at his scalp did he move to get on top of her, pupils so dark with want that they overtook his iris. >She liked to hold him afterwards in the place he would collapse, body spent, his head on her chest, his body still wedged between her legs, letting her breaths lulling him to sleep. He confessed to her one night that he felt less alone in the world with her there, and Dany held him tighter. >She knew the change was happening once they had arrived and she had gotten settled in. Her stomach had swelled only slightly but it was enough for her and Missandei to both notice and make the connection. Daenerys told her to keep it between them for the time being, no one else needed to know. >Ghost would come back most nights to check on her and she began to anticipate the time he would come, almost on a schedule, but when he began refusing to leave, instead curling up by the door so no one would be able to enter the room at night, that was when she knew the secret could no longer remain that way. Jon would soon realize his direwolf’s strange behavior. >She had to tell him - "You’re going to be a father"
What? The least interesting characters? There wasn't a single character in Seasons 6-7 I gave a shit about. The remaining decent characters died with the Sept of Baelor.

So he was gay? Shit, no wonder Jaime and Robert didn't care about him
Liam Gonzalez
>The remaining decent characters Margaery? Olenna's pawn? Or maybe Lancel? Also a pawn. You must prefer the High Sparrow, who is obviously looking out for himself.
High Sparrow, Kevan, Mace Tyrell, Tommen, Margaery, Loras. All infinitely more interesting characters than muh good guys vs bad guys much cringey sympathetic Lannister incest bullshit, muh Jonerys.
Easy, say Bran mindtucked them and is really the Great Other, but thanks to the Red Priests and the Lord of Light Dany's mind is clear and protected now as is Jon's. Drogon was immune because he is a weapon of the Lord. Now Dany will work the rest of her life make up for what she's done with Jon at her side, they'll do it, together
Justin Wilson
He wasn’t gay, he was just a craven, as GRRM would say. He was sexually and romantically interested in women, but was a humongous coward and didn’t ever want to actually get his hands on anything. That’s why he always ordered his guards or squires to beat and kill people rather than he doing it himself. Same goes for sexual activity. He was into BDSM (as is seen in s2 with him making the two prostitutes violently beat and kill each other) for sexual gratification, but he didn’t want to do it himself for whatever reason. He was a voyeuristic sexual sadist in the show, and a spoiled bratty approval-seeking sociopath in the books.
It's in that moment when Emilia rejects his drunken advances that benioff decides to make this personal. I dont think he planned to write this ahead of time, but it happened. There's something chilling about how Benioff responds to actor criticism, killing off barristan for example. I think if things had gone any other way, you wouldn't have seen this side of daenerys, but here we are
Michael James
Infinitely more interesting characters than Jon "I duhn wan eet" Snow or Daenerys "Mary Sue" Targaryen.
Zachary Morris
Why not get a third prostitute to suck him off while two others beat each other. And I thought he had Ros beat the other one as a rejection of Tyrion?
Nathan Diaz
I actually agree with you that all of those characters you listed were some of the more interesting people in the show. Especially Margaery & Tommen (their relationship too to some degree), the High Sparrow, and even Loras. The show made any remotely interesting plot-lines and characters condensed/sidetracked/killed or just forgotten about completely for convenience and laziness sake. Pretty lame.

D&D cant into political intrigue, they just blew em all up and people cheered it
Owen Long
Nah, he doesn’t give a single fuck about Tyrion. Joffrey despises him and actively tries to publicly humiliate, kill, slander, and generally heavily belittle him on more than several occasions. This is his non-sexual sadism, and also desire to get family approval (no one in the Lannister family likes Tyrion either except for Jaime.) He made the two prostitutes hurt each other cause it quite literally got his rocks off. You can visibly tell from his expression that he’s aroused/turned on. Ultimately he’s just a fearful pathetic dude who died a virgin.
Jordan Green
Who am I supposed to care about? Cersei, who has no realistic chance to be Queen? Jaime? Who's her glorified servant and has no character of his own? Jon? Who's your generic boring hero, or Dany who's meant to be his romantic interest even though they have no chemistry aside from the shit D&D and the redditor insane fanatics you see in this thread? Or what about Tyrion or Varys, who have zero point to their characters anymore?
I stopped giving a fuck after Season 6. Yeah, they butchered Stannis in the fifth season, but I still thought there was a chance to be had with the King's Landing plotline, the Tyrells and so on.
Jack Clark
Hate Dany but still wished that she won. The best way forward for Westeros is the pacification of the Great Lords and a transition to absolute monarchy. Aegon the Unlikely knew this and he also knew that dragons would be the only way to make it happen. Bran is a weak king who does not care for the common people or the unity of the realm. The best case scenario would be Dany dying and Jon taking Drogon and the throne.
Andrew Adams
>desire to get family approval Joffrey didn't even consider having any ties to the Lannisters. In his mind, he was a Baratheon through and through, and got extremely spastic when one of those lionfags tried to think they're better than Bobby B.
William Bennett
The Westerlands was already an absolute monarchy, technically.
Ayden Hernandez
Yep, although roughly after s5 or so that’s when I lost the ability to give a shit. Funnily enough the show became extremely predictable despite D&D claiming they’re going to “subvert expectations.” There was no more intrigue, mystery, thrilling twists. All of the characters D&D disliked or deemed irrelevant were predictably killed off out of buttfuck nowhere. They completely butchered and assassinated both LF, Varys, and Tyrion. Every ‘important’ and main character became meme characters with the same recycled lines from earlier seasons or just completely dumbed down versions of themselves. GOT/ASOIAF is just Stark and Lannister interactions with some extermination of other houses involved, nothing more. Complete waste of time and bitter disappointment.
Maybe it’s more emphasised in the books but half of the stuff he does is because he’s enabled by Cersei, who (in the books) thinks he’s a perfect king and can do no wrong. He’s really just a product of his environment and seems like an unstable insecure loser to me.
Christian Thomas
Exactly. The king needs to do to the Great Lords what Tywin did to the Reynes and Tarbecks. The Lords of the Reach will be docile when Highgarden gets the Harrenhal treatment.
Nicholas Foster
Starks have too much designated protagonist to them to care about them. The main Lannisters we see in the show are pretty tiring. Cersei's MUH CHILDREN and wine sipping on a roof was increasingly boring, as was Jaime insisting to Edmure, Tyrion, Olenna and whoever else on how devoted he was to Cersei.
Interesting Lannisters were Tywin and Kevan, and if they count, Joffrey, Tommen and Myrcella. Books had more interesting Lannisters though, and even the Starks' plotlines were infinitely better.
Daniel Cox
BABY COME BACK ANY KIND OF FOOL COULD SEE THERE WAS SOMETHING IN EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU BABY COME BACK YOU CAN BLAME IT ALL ON ME I WAS WRONG AND I JUST CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT YOU
Absolute monarchy is impossible on the scale of Westeros, which is the size of South America. Hell even the Westerlands isn't supposed to be some sort of centralized bureaucratic proto-nation state in the books. Its just how the show portrays it for some reason.
Jordan Powell
What did you find interesting about Myrcella? I actually found her to be pretty meh, at least the screen depiction. She basically does nothing, and is irrelevant to everything, and barely has any plot at all. She’s just the singular incest-born daughter from Cersei and Jaime.
Jordan Anderson
The potential she had and role she and Trystane (and by extension, Dorne) could've had in the King's Landing plotting and intrigue.
Jordan Richardson
Margaery isn't Olenna's pawn, she had a different plan from her, which was to use the Faith to hr advantage, whereas Olenna had been trying to oppose it. Were you even paying attention?
Will LF and Sansa/Alayne bang in Winds? They have a faux father/daughter relationship (which they’ve actually both started to take very seriously) and there’s a ton of sexual tension between them in SOS and AFFC. They’re still in the Vale together scheming. They could’ve banged in the show too considering how much they eyefucked, but D&D....
Caleb Edwards
If I misread that and you meant Mace then yeah he is a pawn, but still more interesting and fun onscreen than all the mopey characters in seasons 7 and 8

No. Relying on the fealty of your Lords who have their own men and armies granted purely by blood and with only levels of administration being you, the lords and that's it does not absolute monarchy make
In the show, feudalism in the Westerlands doesn't exist. You see a professional army led by Jaime, all decked out in those lion uniforms. Obviously this is D&D dumbassery, but this is how it was made in the show in Seasons 7-8. At least feudalism still exists up North, with mentions of Umbers and Glovers.

That's why I say Seasons 7-8. Obviously in the earlier seasons, which were actually good, things are different. There's even a meeting between Tywin and his vassals. Season 7 and 8 goes fuck it and just gives the Westerlands a professional army which they just keep throwing around even though they should be really running low on men by now.

Do an animated season 9 and bring back all the actors to do voiceover.
They also had clear favorites (and tbf so does Martin), and they whitewash the fuck out of those favorite. Especially Tyrion. Books: >"What do you plan to offer the dragon queen, little man?" >My hate, Tyrion wanted to say. Instead he spread his hands as far as the fetters would allow. "Whatever she would have of me. Sage counsel. Savage with, a bit of tumbling. My cock, if she desires it. My tongue, if she does not. I will lead her armies or rub her feet, as she desires. King's Landing isn't the best place to find a castle So Riverrun is where I go Me and my friends at the siege doing shots Drinking fast and then we talk slow Come over and start up a conversation with just me And trust me I'll give it a chance now Take my hand, stop, put Rains of Castamere on the jukebox Lord Walder starts the feast, and now I'm singing like Girl, you know I want your land The Riverlands were handmade for somebody like me Come on now, follow my liege She may be crazy, don't mind me Say, boy, let's not talk too much Grab on my waist and put that banner on me Come on now, follow my liege Come, come on now, follow my liege I'm in love with the siege of you We push and pull like the Tullys do Although their castle is falling too We're off to take down Dany And last night you were in my room And now my banners smell like you Every day conquering something brand new We're off to take down Dany
One of them is a fisherman's son and they mention the boys having to go off to war. It's a bit modern how they talk about their experiences but it's clear they're just peasants along with anyone else and don't want to be there. And all the armies somehow have uniform armor, including the houses in the North, even the fucking Wildlings which is really egregious since they're hundreds of tribes with 19 different languages but wear the exact same shit. It's just a way of telling you each soldier's loyalty
Oh shit, he made that song? I only know it as the "mmmm mmmm MMMMMM" song.
Mason Barnes
>they're also decked out in full armor-uniform, which doesn't look cheap Wow, it's almost like the Lannisters are the richest family in all of Westeros or something haha
Stannis' armies have a mixture of armor, some Stormlands, some Reach. Even the Stags are mismatched. Only Stannis' own men from Dragonstone have the flaming heart and stag banners, rest can be seen with Renly's stag in Tyrell colors or the standard gold and black banners of Robert. Even the Northerner armors look different, and the vassals that sat with Tywin in Seasons 1 and 2 have different armors and clothes.
Just accept it, by season 7 it has become such a shitshow that D&D have gone 'fuck it, Lannisters get a professional army now'.
Jason Barnes
I'm still angry that that's how they killed Rhaegal
Alexander Ramirez
M8 look at the vale army, do any of them look like they're separate houses? Should be Royce in there and at least the two other vale lords who questioned Littlefinger. Guess what thiugh, they're all wearing the same shit and are just called the knights of the vale, d&D are lazy, they don't mean their is a standing professional army and no more vassals
Carson Peterson
It's unreal how they nerfed dragons in the show
Aiden Garcia
Knights of the Vale is a book thing, there is an organisation called that which refer to the Lord of the Vale's personal levies, which is what I suppose is what is at Winterfell, hence the banners of House Arryn and not Royce.
And if there were vassals, you'd think they'd be opposing Cersei's questionable policies like blowing up the Sept and taking the throne without any legitimacy to it.
It depends. Getting your drinks from a bar at that point is just a waste of money, but there's nothing wrong with picking up a bottle of wiskey at the store and taking it with you.
D&D sure as shit don't mean the knights to be the same thing as the books. That's just how they call the whole vale army, even Littlefinger just says knights of the vale bith to Cersei and to Royce.
And no point looking for logic in any season past 4. If there were any Randyll Tarly and what I assume are other reach lords wouldn't dare step inside of King's Landing to meet Cersei personally and still claim they're pledged to Olenna
At least Martin makes sure that his favorites are on the same playing field. In the TV show, You knew that the favorites were going to be safe except Dany but they only did that because "Muh Sad Story". The only reason Gendry lived because of the outrage his death would of caused. Trust me, I bet D&D really wanted to kill every Baratheon they could.

The problem is that the book storylines that will probably kill Rhaegal/Viserion (Euron's kraken, Victarion's horn, Aegon/Young Griff) just don't exist in the show so D&D had to come up with their own story to explain how. And they are absolutely shit writers. Benioff wouldn't even have a job if his dad wasn't in charge of of one of the largest banks in the world.

George also isn't gonna kill his book selves Tyrion and Sam either
Lincoln Cook
There's no reason why they'd be pledged to Olenna either. She was of House Redwyne and the Reach is under House Tyrell. Olenna is not a Tyrell. There is 0 reason on why Cersei should be Queen, why Olenna is Lady of the Reach and why Oberyn's whore is ruling Dorne.
Justin Rodriguez
