anything noteworthy he has besides asoiaf is dreamsongs (a collection of short stories) and fever dream (a mediocre vampire story with only a couple of characters and a plot confined to a single location). iirc the short stories mostly don't have conventional narrative structures. they introduce an interesting (sci-fi or horror) setting, follow the characters for a bit and end abruptly. the vampire novel was all together utterly forgettable.
