The entire premise of "Charlie's Angels" is sexist. The IP itself, including the title, is predicated upon sexist ideology. Trying to make that IP woke is just foolish. It was a 70's TV show about 4 sexy women who work for a single guy, loaded with sexual innuendo and plenty of cheesecake. That's the show. That's the IP. Ditching those things leaves only the simplest and most hollow of premises: 4 female spies getting secret missions from a intercom.

There is literally no way the movie could be a success. Right from the start it's obvious.
