Not really the worst, but oddest and also funniest experience I've ever had was when I went to see TFA. There was a group of foreigners somewhere behind me and one of them just kept saying STAR WAR really loudly, several times. STAR WAR. Then the trailers and ads and shit ended just before the title kicked in, he said JAMES BOND DVD. Quiet for the rest of the movie.

The Last Jedi

A Latina mother brought five kids with her, and they reacted to whatever happened on screen with "oohs" and "aahs". There was also some white mom yelling at her daughter half the time, while also exclaiming at what happened in the movie like the spic kids. The movie sucking just added to the terribleness of the experience.

I went to a movie and someone died during it.

It was a classic film screening, so the theater was full of older people and their families. Apparently, this woman drifted off to sleep during the film and that was it. Her family realized she died towards the end, so they had to stop the movie so paramedics could take her body out of the theater. They finished the movie after she left, and I didn't know it happened (I was in a balcony area and she died on the ground floor) until I went to the screening the week after and they began by addressing what happened.

And no joke, the film was From Here to Eternity. They stopped the movie right after one of the leads died, and one of the female leads threw flowers into the ocean.

Kids enjoying movies is cute but parents being shits is bad.

I went to see Jeepers Creepers 3 on opening night and i was sitting next to this literal autistic kid who kept loudly sighing and face palming when anything dumb happened, which was a lot. Halfway through this mexican family walks infront of me and gets into an argument with the autistic kid and his chaperone about them being in there seats. So the autistc kid got swapped with a loud mexican family. Movie fuckin sucked on top of that. What a shitshow.

When I went to watch Justice League there was a live drug deal happening next to me. Some guy was on his burner arranging a pickup, watching the film until he had to go. Eventually he got so annoyed at the film that he stood up, started ranting about the film to his buddy and left early.
