How come no one talks about this kino? It's about a nerd that starts battle rapping.
Makes fun of SJWs a lot.

Sounds about as cringy and forced as a black dude starting to be mathematician
Nah, it's really good.
It's a great movie, I was lucky enough to see it during its limited theatrical run where they had a Q&A with the makes afterwards. The producer, Adi Shankar, is a total tool and cringey as fuck, but the writer and director are based and there are a bunch of actual battle rappers in the movie.
As a big fan of rap and hip hop, I thought the movie was fantastic, and the way it makes fun of political correctness is just perfect.
It's also produced by Eminem.
As someone who has followed the rap scene for over 12 years and into the battle rap scene and have followed it just as long. This movie was cringe and was an embarrassment to the battle rappers that were involved.
You do realize the whole point of the movie was to make fun of whites in battle rap. The whole movie was a parody. They purposely gave elementary and corny lines that would never hit in an actual rap battle. They were making fun of the white battle rapper trope the whole time. I mean holy shit the final battle vs dizaster didnt even make sense on a bar to bar literal sense.
>it's the YouTube original shill again
Marilyn manson grandson
But the white kid is based on an actual battle rapper.
AYO ITS BILLY PISTOLS!
>battle rap
Didn't that fad die like 11 years ago?
it's a masterpiece compared to kahn's last flick.
It turns out that only so many words can rhyme together. Battle rap failed because its near impossible to come up with any new material that hasnt been said before.
to be honest we’re running out of matchups people actually give a shit about and most of the new guys are shit
Hollow da Goat though
Nah, that's not it. The writer is a white battle rapper himself and there is another professional white battle rapper featured in the movie.
The writer was at the Q&A I was at and never mentioned anything like that. He said it was just there to celebrate battle rapping and poke fun at political correctness and how it basically goes against the entire idea of battle rapping, which is ultimately more accepting/diverse because of it.
Ok, OP. I'm sold, but because this kid was awesome in the Act.
Yeah, he is fucking great in this too. It's a part that could be really cringy but he owns it.
I can see that from the video you posted. Plus he convinced me in the Act. I wondered if his face can get a bright career. Im glad its picking up.
He's in the first season of American Vandal if you haven't seen that. Great in that too.
>It's about a nerd that starts battle rapping.
How is that not just 8mile?
Armond White liked it
They had a ton of battle rappers cameo in the movie too, I lost count after the first dozen or so I recognized
>Adi Shankar
Same guy that did the power rangers "reboot" and I think he did a punisher short too with Thomas Jane(best punisher btw)
ABSOLUTELY BASED KIND AND WELL-INFORMING POSTER
Well first of all no one is going to watch "a youtube original"
Second of all no one who rails against sjws listens to nigger music
Jokes > bars and I'm not kidding, I'd take a Pay Stay over a Dizaster any day.
found the jew
*Pat Stay, that was supposed to say.
>As a big fan of rap and hip hop,
kill yourself
I thought he hated it
I do.
That scene is pretty cringe. I used to be really heavy into the battle scene back in the scribble jam and grind time era. I can tell Dizaster probably wrote those raps about the "vegan eatery" and "having beef with me". I'm yikesing hard.
he reminds me of that one guy on youtube. had to google for a minute to figure out his name, joe goes.

>Eminem as a selling point
>not the review of the week guy
