No. It's objectively WORSE than the first film for many reasons. Here's at least a few.

TL;DR First film is "going Turbo is bad and here is why," while the second film is "you can go Turbo if you want to because plot." It sucks for even that reason alone. Take it or leave it.

First one was ok, second one was pretty shitty. Paint by reference basically. Felt like an Adam Sandler movie where the "plot" is built around the advertising.

First film is half decent, half mediocre. What starts as a vidya adventure movie turns into a mostly boring play-it-safe grand prix subplot for over half the film, but their were at least some interesting concepts introduced.
The sequel is what happens when you allow SJW "writers" to do what they want with ignoring what happened in the previous movie.

The sequel should've been about going from Arcades to Home Console gaming, or if you're going to go the Internet Gaming route, skipping 20+ years of gaming in the process, they should've gone more CoD or Battle Royale vs. other sprites/characters.

Lolis usually like to show off the attention they get from older boys. I remember my little cousin used to get really cuddly with me when she was like 7 and it upset her sister who decided to compete and act like a little girl hugging me and stuff despite being 12.

It was pretty shameless self-advertising and I didn't like that they meddled with Ralph's personality to move the story forward. The first movie's Ralph would never do that kind of shit to anyone.

Removed all sembalance of Ralph’s prior personality, he’s simply not the same character, this is all to nesistate the fem powernent angle the writers were going for.

The ‘going into the internet’ angle has been done better by prior films, and serves more as an advertisement canvas than an actual plot device.

They could of done an actual heartfelt send off to the arcade era, but instead we got this drivel.
