Best Horror of the 2010s
Which horror movies stood out for you the most? For me; even though it was far from perfect, The Void really did it for me. I especially liked the way they handled the ending. Even after the whole movie was ridiculous, over the top monsters trying to kill them, they then have to survive an alien reality.

Probably Halloween 2018 to be honest. Nothing else has really stuck with me all that much. I liked the simplicity of Halloween, it could have been better in some ways, but it was solid.
I enjoyed vhs, but im a sucker for anthologies. The big ones like conjuring, insidious and shit like that are ok movies but they're just not good horror.

I watched insidious again for the first time since seeing it in theatres. Jesus Christ it's bad. The first half is pretty good, I like the sequence of the ghost hunters putting their shit together and checkin the house, but man it takes a colossal nose dive
