Prior to 2012, people would never go to the youtube channel. they would check the website, and see the latest nerd ep on gamtrailers or one of james solo vids on blip tv.
If james was 100% youtube exclusive, he could of have a major youtube empire. but, the paychecks from screw attack was too tempting. and he has too much of a nostalgic bond with his website, that he had since the 90s
