I have scoliosis and it fucks up my right arm. I have to fall asleep laying on my arm so that it goes numb and I can fall asleep. It doesn’t hurt it’s just my arm seems to be permanently uncomfortable and the only way to combat that is by just sleeping on it.

I alternate between most of these positions depending on the temperature, how tired I am and how long I've been laying awake unable to fall asleep. Most of the time I can't remember which one I fell asleep in and I always wake up in a position that would be extremely uncomfortable if I tried to fall asleep in but its not when I wake up for some reason.
