They were planning on executing the two black dudes, making it look like they killed each other over the money, and frame them for the entire crime by dressing them up in the outfits they used to rob the store. How the fuck did no one catch this?

They guy executed everyone at the store. CCTV footage would show someone of entirely different build and stature. He also draws unnecessary attention and jeopardises the whole bank robbing plan by going around on a killing spree for what must be very little pay-off.

The idea of framing black guys for this bank robbery with the hardware they used and level of planning and execution would have / should have been highly suspicious to any detectives investigating.

You do realize that most detectives are not too bright, right? Most of them are fucking GED-ites.

It creates a perfect narrative, directs police towards gang activity, and gives you plenty of time to leave via for another nation via boat.
