On 1 September 2017 Roberts published a picture of Ronnie Corbett in 'Blackface' on his Twitter Account. Under the picture he wrote, 'This account is fully behind diversity and inclusion - there's still so much to be done'. This picture and comment drew widespread criticism and accusations of racism.
On 3 September 2017 on his Twitter account Roberts wrote, 'I [love] how trannies choose names like Munroe, Paris and Chelsea. It's never Julie or Bev is it?' Later that same day he wrote 'It's almost like a clueless gayboy's idea of a glamorous lady. But of course it's definitely not that.'
In June 2019, it was leaked that Roberts' contribution for a Doctor Who short story collection had been dropped due to his previous Tweets, as well as the threat from other writers to withdraw their contributions. Roberts responded with a blog post on Medium, sharing further anti-trans remarks such as that "I don’t believe in gender identity" and "I don’t believe anybody is born in the wrong body."
I HAVE TO PAY 150 FUCKING POUND F THESE PROGRESSIVE FUCKS FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
Jacob Watson
Pretty based and accurate.
Elijah Edwards

Blake Rogers
> "Attack of the Graske" (Interactive Episode) (2005) > "The Shakespeare Code" (2007) > "The Unicorn and the Wasp" (2008) > "Planet of the Dead" (Co-written with Russell T Davies) (2009) > "The Lodger" (2010) > "Closing Time" (2011) > "The Caretaker" (Co-written with Steven Moffat) (2014) wow, he's shit anyway
Matthew Lopez
the wasp one and the caretaker were pretty good.
Ethan Reyes
He's right about people considering the doctor a moral panacea. I mean who the fuck derives their morality from a fucking tv show about le quirky spaceman?
Isaiah Brown
>adult mentally ill trannies, faggots and autists get gay man fired from writing fanfiction about a kids tv show WHY THE FUCK DO YOU CARE
Ayden Carter
Because it's funny.
Bentley Collins
so all this chapters will be deleted from history now? it would be cool to campaign for it
Anthony Stewart
He seems like a good writer.
Landon Baker
just googled him. his twitter feed is pretty funny
>presently female doctor >consistently refers to the doctor as 'he' in his article
kek
Easton Perez
Absolute mad lad turned into absolute based lad for not apologizing
Michael Perez
He is a writer of some of the books, not the tv series
Alexander Bailey
He wrote TV episodes for Tennant, Smith, and Capaldi
Matthew Wright
His episodes range from mediocre to rock bottom garbage. Not one of them is above par.
Jose Barnes
>Absolute mad lad >absolute based lad
I'm sure he's cognizant of the honour you do him, user.
Matthew Jenkins
>Seriously, it's been like half and hour and the Doctor hasn't acknowledged how Britain has always been BLECK >Er, why hasn't the Doctor punched an imaginary waycist yet >Uh, why isn't the Doctor a womyn >Ewwww, why is the baby white, don't they know that HISTORY IS A WHITEWASH
You don't have to just say you don't have a tv, or better yet, get rid of a tv if you do have one. It's 90 % trash anyway, and anything decent worth watching can be streamed on your PC through legitimate sites or otherwise. Even if you own a t.v screen as long as it's not hooked up to bbc channels I'm pretty sure you're ok. It's hard for them to prove otherwise in anycase as you can basically tell them to fuck off at the door if they even show up.
Seriously there is no excuse to be paying your t.v. licence in the current year.
Brandon Cox
Now Closing Time was kino. And funnily enough The Shakespeare Code touched on the whole minorities in the past stuff 10 years before the "whitewash" episode, only without the heavy-handed anti-white shit.
Jordan Lee
literally everyone in 2019
Benjamin Gutierrez
fuck that makes me think, when you talk about the doctor as the full character -- as in counting all his iterations as one -- is it now unacceptable to refer to him as "he"? Do writers for HuffPo or The Guardian have to call him "they" now?
Thomas Reed
glad this shitfest of Dr Who is getting lower and lower
Owen Sullivan
>When I was working on Doctor Who around ten years ago, it was an unwritten law that the highly engaged, highly entitled, highly strung breed of fans were to be ignored as much as possible.
So much this.
They pandered to the screaming girls in the first three rows and ignored the rest of the audience until they all left then tried to say "Well I guess they weren't REAL fans were they?!?"
William Perry
>get rid of a tv if you do have one This is misinformation, you can own 20 TV's and not pay a TV license, as long as you simply don't connect any of them to an aerial.
It's literally only if you watch "live" TV on them, then you have to pay. Say you only use them for Amazon Prime/video games and you don't have to pay shit.
This stuck out to me >made the classic embarrassing middle-aged error of assuming a loud, small group of young people are representative of all young people.
I feel like this is a product of the old times when people used to write in to companies or organisations with a complaint, praise or suggestion. Very few people would actually write a mail, so these places took the mail as being representative of the population, because not everyone will want to write and only the most passionate would want to. If you had several pieces of mail all referencing the same thing, then this is hugely reflective of how the general populace feels. So changes would be made with these bodies of text.
Fast forward to today, and we have social media. Did you produce a masterpiece? You can have millions of views worldwide in the space of days. Did something go wrong? You will have over one thousand people tweeting within 10 seconds. Social media allows us to instantly engage and interact with anything and everything. This can be good and bad. The good thing is that everyone has access to the internet. The bad thing is everyone also has access to the internet. So you end up with groups who seem huge, but that's only because they're the small and very loud minority.
Combine this vocal group with the idea that every voice is representative of a population and you start making very bad decisions in the name of the general population.
