They pretty much gave away the big tweest within 8 minutes of the film for anyone who can do simply math and remembers she unfroze the first child on day 1.

Apart from the 65000 other embrios you mean? She's going to raise him as a mother. I really doubt they meant to imply she's going to end up in a semi-incestuous relationship with her adopted son as a 40ish mom.
The idea is obviously that they'll unfreeze more and more over time as soon as the last child is old enough to not need constant supervising.
