i remember having three cats in my life, one of them died when my older sister (cat's owner) moved out and couldn't take the cat with her, the cat died from organ failure after refusing to eat (it was a 9yo cat). The next one died like a dumbass from some wild dog that had gotten into our yard, was kinda sad, then the dead cats sibling died in much the same way as the first: showed up to the food bowl waiting for sister cat and just let himself die from sadness. never understood the asshole cat meme, animals just are how you raise them i guess.
