Guarantee the only one that is sure to be white is Penguin. It's the only one they bothered to actually describe a physical appearance beyond his costume for, indicating they're going for a comic-accurate look.
They'll "appeal" to fans this way, but the rest for sure will probably not be white. Especially Catwoman.

Why does it matter if they're white or not? If they can play the character accurately who cares. It reminds me of the live action Death Note movie, where everyone complained about L being black when ironically he was probably the most accurate character in that abomination. Also /pol/ always calls people / characters when their identity is defined by being black / gay. Wouldn't that apply here since these characters aren't defined by their race. I can agree that Catman would be retarded but if they make The Riddle black who cares if he can play the role.
