So is Supernatural, especially among non-original content anyway. I tried it, I couldn't get past episode 1, I'm too entrenched with Supernatural's version of Lucifer. And it seems limiting because Supernatural, while being stuck mostly with angel lore, at least has occasional monsters and creatures from other pantheons to break the monotony and increase the scope of its world building. If I wanted an LA-based occult crime solver, I'd watch Angel
