I would say it is very likely. And I believe season 3 will be split into two arcs. The first being Daniel and Johnny walking away from martial arts entirely for a little while, and then something that brings them together to fight on the same side in second half of the season. I also think there will be traveling.

Maybe at some point the new Alphas even decide they want to do a hit job on Julie Pierce (who is now a public figure) and the good guys (at this point both dojos working together) have to go clear her name.
