Explain this
Checkmate Marvelcucks
>explain this children's movie for me please
Why do you care?
There is none
He already knew it was the only way
He didnt know yet. He looked forward in time later to find out that was the only way
They were in hyperspace or something on the ship and they couldn't turn it off. He couldn't use his sling ring on the ship, obviously.
Strange does not even know where they are so they can't portal out.
If you have to know where you are going, it seems fair that Stranfe would have to know where he is
Sounds like headcanon to me
Strange new where he was on some random alien planet? Lmao. That makes no sense.
Knew*
>they didn't explain away every single potential plot hole I came up with therefore it's headcanon.
Your answer is headcanon yes. It was never explained when they can or cant open a portal. "Hyperspace something something" would qualify as said headcanon
With one exception, all portals are static.
And they are never created onboard a vehicle IIRC.
Much like in Star Trek where beaming from a moving ship to another is believed to be impossible, he may not know or be capable of creating a portal while in transit.
And anyway he actually wants to keep the stone away then is convinced to take on Thanos in a different setting. He never seeks to come back to earth because the plan is not to do so.
If his answer is headcanon then your question is headquestion and doesn't count.
if it was never explained when they can or cant open a portal, why are you so sure he should have been able to open a portal on the ship?
planets such as earth move in space. is he just used to the speed of earth's movement? he used portals on titan, but probably hasn't been there before. doesn't make any sense.
Based low IQ disney poster
I say again, he asks if they can go back, gets told they should fight on Titan rather than Earth. He's okay with it, he stops asking for a way back.
The how is irrelevant because he does not actually care about that potential issue.
Maybe he wanted the ship? That'd be badass, a wizard with a spaceship. That should be a comic.
Because the ship was moving I assume.
Everything is moving.
What I want to fucking know is...
When he opens a portal, it's usually in two different altitudes, right? Why isn't there a goddamn vacuum or rush of air pushing/pulling shit?
Cuz some ass pull dude FUCKING DUH
>why doesn't the magic mans magic in a fictional movie conform to actual physics
>Why doesn't it even follow it's own internal rules?
Like, if he opened a portal under water, would the water rush forth?
maybe the whole "can you fly us back" was a dig at tone
>can you fly us back?
>well.. err.. no, i cant
>move aside botboy
>*creates portal, all go home*
a better question is why couldnt he keep making portals to stay in front (and maybe circle around) the death wave
your question was a headquestion. you got fucking dominated by the explanation because its 100% right
