Outspoken chairman Elon Musk, who before this was involved with Paypal, a way to send money around the globe, which was connected to Ebay, a way to sell micellanioys used goods online and across the globe.

Theranos was involved with blood testing.
It pulled in huge amounts of venture capital.
A blood testing company would also have access to dna, and certain medical information, like diseases you might have, allergies, bloodborn ailments etc.
A huge medical company would also be a good way to launder or wash money, and distribute payments.

Real Estate? (Redfin, Zillow, Core logic, Airbnb, etc.) CHECK

Really the only remaining industries that are dominated by conservatives are traditional defense industries, certain commodities manufacturing/processing, and petroleum/petrochemicals. Most of those are being ravaged by china. All the while conservatives have practically zero footprint in Tech (self reported 85:15 liberal:conservative), with the only real substantive wealth generation for conservatives via investment. Whereas petroleum, petrochemicals, and energy CREATED entire communities of wealthy conservatives over the last 80 years, Tech has created hundreds of thousands of millionaires who are ULTRA liberal. More tech millionaires have been created in the last 10 years than all of the millionaire conservatives combined. Most of the disruption of those industries is taking place via businesses who are largely located in California/Washington/New York, and when the reach extends to red parts of the country, its in the form of 2nd tier employment (eg logistics, manufacturing, packaging, support, data centers, etc) that provide very limited high level employment and salaries, and when they do its often a "token concession" provided to appease the regional governments and obtain the tax incentives. Hell there are even bastions of liberalism in the midwest that have been artificially created by tech companies (Such as the health-tech industry in Wisconsin
