He certainly didn't like a Chilean, and I haven't lived in Chile for nearly 12 years now but the only significant black population there are Haitian immigrants, who are a relatively new group. The majority of Chileans are criollos, I live in Spain and people here usually don't realise I'm a sudaca until they've known me for a while.
