A decent flick

A pretty good film

Kino. It's one of the best film ever made, but try and watch this beforehand: youtube.com/watch?v=Lv0nlpFVpyI

not better than Jodorowsky's

Over two hours of trash. You'll never get that time back.

everybody knows you are just being edgy.

You're in for a very sincere movie. It lacks any irony or self-awareness. It's beautiful and precious like a loyal dog.

Watch the Spicediver fan edit.

Some sweet ToTo ost

>Spicediver fan edit.
What's that like? Just a super edit of all the TV footage placed back in?

boredom with a really great score, though. watch Sy Fy's Children of Dune mini. that's kino.

An entertainingly weird film.

Patrick Stewart leading troops into battle while holding a pug

amazing casting, costumes, actors and art design
extremely mixed special FX
some very dubious storyline choices
overall, a 6.5/10 historical curiosity

Yeah, along with additional deleted scenes and voiceovers. All attempting to bring the movie into closer congruence with the book.

Oddly enough, the Baron's 4th-wall breaking rhyming couplets did not feel out of place. Probably because in general, the mini series felt like a stage play.

Thank you for cluing me into its existence, fren.

>overall, a 6.5/10 historical curiosity
that's very kind of you, user

kino

Confused if you didn’t read the book

What do you mean "Jodorowsky's"? He never got to make that abomination.

Wasn't confusing at all to me.
