1922. I don’t even like many other silent films, but this one just works.
Nosferatu is the oldest film that I've rewatched multiple times but The Haunting (1963) is my favourite old film.
>oldest film he considers kino is from 1964
It's still creepy
What's your contribution to the thread then?
The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (1920)
Intolerance (1916)
It's gonna be reddit but Charlie Chaplin work.

faust

Still the best action adventure film ever made, great pacing, great effects for the time (they actually still look pretty good today) and some beautiful cinematography.
If it was in color, normies would praise it all the time, sadly due to it being black and white plebs just write it off and never give it a proper chance, which makes me pretty sad
Plebs and normies don't watch anything from before they were born or from ten years ago as they get older. I met a 22 year old girl who thought movies from 2005 were old.
The opening scene with the archangel and the devil always gives me goosebumps
Every pleb and normie I know has seen Star Wars and BTTF, tho. I'd say 80s and 90s movies are an exception to that rule
