What went kino?

What went kino?

that cop lady had a really tight uniform

All this movie needed was better dialogue, everything else was there: the tension, the tone, the gore, the the visuals, the right character set ups, it just needed polish around the stuff they said

>better dialogue
which is funny because it was written by the guy who co-wrote pulp fiction

Which also does not have good dialogue.

Thankfully the movie is hard cut every 5 mins so you won't notice how bad the writing is between one liners

Someone actually gave a fuck.

Damn, the nurses are all over that cover.

New blu ray with new behind the scenes coming st the end of the month

snoozefest

Christopher Gans was a fan of the game, that's why. He cared and wanted it represented right. Guy also makes strait kino, too. His Crying Freeman adaptation was great, and Brotherhood of the Wolf is one of the most underrated movies of all time. Wish he worked more.

Would have been better if it ditched a few things, like Pyramid Head. A great Silent Hill movie for people who never played Silent Hill before, but if you played em all then the movie was not very good. They definitely nailed the tone, tension, and set design though. Plus, using Yamaoka's music was an absolutely kino choice.

It's a nice looking movie, but lets be real here, it was crap. That cover is awful. The old one was too, it was a generic scary ghost girl with no mouth, cos that's scarier.

check out the adaptation of beauty and the beast he did, amazing visuals. and cleavage.

I unironically enjoy this and the first RE movie.

The first RE movie was pretty cool.

>Brotherhood of the Wolf
This I will agree too. I didn't know what to expect watching it in recent years after only seeing some vague trailer back when it was released. I honestly would love to see more atmospheres and environments like this story.

In relation to Silent Hill, I wish he hadn't used the music straight up from the game and included Pyramid Head. I can guess the first reasoning was lack of good composer to make spiritual successors to the original soundtrack and the latter being the usual "shit sells" deviated artistic integrity approach to Hollywood.

Best feminist movie of all time

I love the church scene. Fucking dope.

Could've been great if Sean Bean was the protagonist.

>Christopher Gans
Was he the guy who said that he changed the story to be a mother and child because he thought a father could never love his child as much as a mother could or something
