South Park try to be 2smart4u and make fun of both "sides", but all they do is further establish that there are two sides who fight against eachother. South Park is mostly a parody of American life which serves as social commentary. Watching older seasons almost always sucks because the topics are outdated and largely irrelevant to contemporary audiences.

You guys are literally retarded. I saw several episodes from season 1 during the year they aired, but I didn't continue to watch it. It lacked focus in each episode and was largely just shock humor at the time. South Park from season 5 on turned into a completely different show from the early seasons, and the type of show it turned into appealed to me more than the earlier seasons.

I'm a zoomer with no memories of the 90s but I grew up watching the first two seasons on vhs in the early 2000s since I had bad parents who would let me watch anything. I always thought the show changed for the worse around the time of the Towelie episode, since thats when it started getting too self serious
